This book wouldn’t have been possible without my father’s influence. He was a proud Marine who enjoyed action-adventure novels and James Bond movies. Amongst other lessons, he taught me to water ski, skateboard, and to shoot a BB gun. I remember him smoking cigars and watching the fragrant smoke curl into the air. Unfortunately, he died too young. I miss him. This book is dedicated to his memory.
