I couldn't believe  he actually agreed. That was easier than i expected it to be.   We walked back to the car,  I could feel his eyes staring at me at intervals. He still wasn't sure of me,  but he just had to.   I guess I had the upper Hand now knowing he was desperate to get rid of the voices in his head,  we were desperate.    Yes I know I lied,  I couldn't get rid of the voices,  but I just knew that if I had done what I needed to do,  I just might get rid of them,  they just might leave me alone.    I just hope this goes well and I don't regret this because this is the most stupid decision I have ever made.   "Wow I love your car did you buy it"      "No I stole it"     "I'm not joking"    "Neither am i"    "So is that what you going around doing with your powers, stealing  like a fool" "Do you want to go with me or not,  cause I don't think this is the right time to judge me"   "You thief"    "You nerd" I knew that was one thing  he hated being called, he felt he wasn't  one,  the fact that he couldn't  get a girl,  didn't mean he was one,and i had hust used his greatest insecurity against him.  But what? Its not my fault,  he started it.   I never thought I'll be fighting with a younger version of me one day.  Could this day get any more weird. We got into the car,  he gave me the bad look when he saw the drivers license  if the original  owner on the seat,  I hadn't even noticed it.  He picked it up and tire it into pieces before throwing  it out the window.  I knew everything about him,  so there was no way I could not differentiate his normal look and that he gave to those who he despised.  And he was giving  me the latter now.   "So where are we gonna be staying,  do you have a house" "I told you I'm from the future.  Well I got us a place in a hotel,  its a suite actually" "And how did you get the money to afford it" "I didn't steal it I only borrowed it" "Oh my god I can't believe I'm in a car with a criminal" "Well you ain't got a choice" "What the hell" "Can you please keep quiet for a minute" "Only if you give me something to eat" "When we get to the hotel" "How far is it from here, I'm hungry" "Shut the hell up" We drove in silence  for a while ,  but once in a while he took quick glances at me.  There are a lot of things that he  needed to know about me.  I wasn't the perfect version of him he thought I would be.   I wasn't what he thought I  will be in his head. A lot had changed, I mean a lot. "If you are a version of me from the future,  then how manage we've  got different names". "Cause you changed your name" "No why would I do that" " Dunno, maybe Cause you're an asshole". "Mind the language you speak around  me". "Shut up already".   "You don't tell me what to do,  remember I make the rules around here" If I had the ability to, I would have frozen this kids time a long while ago   "Instead of pissing me off,  do you wanna see something cool."    We we're at a traffic light,  and waiting for it to get to green wasn't  in my dictionary "   "Yeah sure"    I froze time again, three times in one day,  what the hell was wrong  with me, there were plenty  other things I could do with time, but I guess this was my favourite.   "You've  gotta stop doing  this,  how do you even do it?  If no one else can move then why can I"   "Easy boy,  one question at a time,  first,  all I did was to freeze their timeline,  its just like pressing pause on them.  Then the only reason it doesn't work on you is because its from you,  the power is in you"    "If I tell you I understood  a word you just said, then i'll  be a badass liar,  just stop the car"   " And why should I "   "Just stop it"   Well, he couldn't possibly be planning on escaping,  so I simply stopped the car,  inc the middle of the road.    "You see that lady over there,  with the hamburger in her car,  she doesn't deserve it,  I'm gonna go get it"   "Are you kidding me,  is that why you made me stop"    I was too late, he had already stepped out of the car.  Well he better be fast.   I decided to actually take a look at this car,  it was splendid, hand stitched leather chairs,  shining dashboard,  smooth steering,  and a clean rear view  mirror.    The rear view mirror,  from the rear view mirror,  I could see cars moving,  an angry lady honking behind me,  the traffic light changing to green.    Time wasn't  still anymore. I looked out the window and saw Sydney s in the middle of the road,  a car fast approaching, his death,  would mean mine also,  and there he was not obnoxious  to the fact that he was in danger.    "Sydney " He turned around  to face me,  the car was only feets away from him. *Not edited
