When Estelle opened her eyes, that felt as heavy as two boxes deep in her forehead, she noticed that it was already morning. It had stopped raining and it looked nothing different from an usual spring day in Elfland. However, the strong headache didn't let her focus on one thought for so long. How had she ended up here? Soaking, shaking all over, sleeping on the ground like a homeless woman? But then everything came rushing inside her head, hitting her senses like a strike of lightening. And tears gathered on her eyes instantly as she thought about the misery she had just been through some hours ago. She was indeed a homeless woman, Estelle figured. Her home was gone. Not literally, of course she could go back to her Court and play Pretty Princess as she had done the past twenty years
