Chapter 14
Chelsie
Something heavy was draped across Chelsie’s back. She opened her eyes and wiggled underneath the weight until she felt a body against her back. Chelsie froze for a minute while her mind tried to clear her sleepy haze and figure out where she was.
“You’re safe, mate,” Joe’s deep timbre reminded her quickly enough, so she settled back against him.
She couldn’t get close enough to him then, so she kept wiggling her body closer and closer, loving the feel of his hard body against hers. His hand tightened on her stomach and then a rumble vibrated from his chest. Chelsie couldn’t help but smile knowing he was enjoying their closeness as well.
“You’re tempting me, vixen,” he muttered.
“I’m trying to get comfy.”
“You’re poking the bear is what you’re doing, literally.”
