Luis Garcia didn’t bat an eye at the limo—he recognized it as the one Armand kept at the studio for V.I.P. tours and crap. The cousin from Albuquerque must have been impressed, though, because he couldn’t seem to stop fidgeting once they’d slid into the back.
“Is there not usually an alcoholic beverage in one of these carriages?” Luis asked, pointing to the small bar Armand had put in. “Another Dos Equis would be refreshing.”
He was a little surprised that the cousin hadn’t called him on the fake Spanish accent. He kept slipping into his native Mexican. Maybe an Anglo couldn’t tell the difference, though. Like he had a tough time telling an Irish accent from a Scots one.
