“Do I what?” Mason asked, the man on the other end of the line apparently asked him something strange. “I guess… It’s not an issue…” He continued and then ended the call soon after.
“Was that him?” Nathan asked as he turned around.
“Yeah, he’s coming over here now…” Mason said as he left his phone on the desk.
“What did he say?” Edward asked, he had a bad premonition of what the man had asked for.
“Drew wants to stay over for a bit, until he starts his job.” Mason said as he gave his lover an awkward smile. He felt a bit embarrassed because Edward was staring at him so intensely.
