Mason was taken aback not only because of the other’s proposition but also because of the pet name the man used. “D-darling… I’ve never heard you call me that before… it’s cute…” He remarked, looking a bit embarrassed.
“Could you answer me…?” Edward questioned once again as he noticed his lover attempted to change the topic.
“It’s just… I want to give you an answer but…” Mason couldn’t make up his mind and he hated himself for it.
