“Drew! Wait up, you’re walking too fast!” Nathan said as he finally managed to catch up to the other person. They’d both left the apartment in such a rush after what was said. “Quite the rejection, wasn’t it?” He said in a teasing voice, as he noticed he got the other’s attention.
“I hadn’t expected any less from him to be honest…” Drew remarked, the way he sat down on a nearby bench.
“Are you mad at him?” Nathan asked as he sat next to him, still leaving the man an appropriate amount of distance.
“I don’t know… I didn’t really expect things to go down like this but I should have known…” Drew muttered, he seemed to be more disappointed rather than heartbroken about the situation at hand.
