“You alright back there?” Edward asked as he focused his vision on the road ahead of him. While his lover was on the backseat, laid down and his eyes were closed shut, his expression looked to be in genuine pain as he was there.
“I’m fine, trying to fall asleep… I didn’t expect the trip to be so long…” Mason said as he held back the urge to vomit.
“You get sick in long car rides?” Edward asked, this was yet another detail he didn’t know about the other person.
“Yeah… don’t make me talk…” Mason said as he turned his back to the driver and breathed slowly though his mouth. He hated car rides like this, but he never complained about them in the first place. It’s was after all the quickest way for them to reach their destination.
