“Mason, I’m so glad you picked up! Lucas wasn’t picking up at all and I totally thought I’d be left out tonight.” Nathan said as he left his bags in the apartment.
“Lucas’s at work so it’s no surprise he didn’t pick up…” Mason said as he looked at his friend who looked exhausted.
“I’m sorry for barging in like this and-” Nathan stopped after seeing the other male in the apartment. “Is that your boyfriend?” He asked. “He’s quite handsome.”
“Yes, it’s Benedict, nice to meet you.” Benedict said as he shook the man’s hand.
“And kind as well…” Nathan remarked. “You got a good one, I see.” He said in a teasing voice.
“Enough with that… Benedict is a friend of mine, it’s not even funny to make us out to be a couple.” Mason said as he face palmed at the two friend
