Sandi “You’d better get back to work.” Zelda pressed a clean knife into my hand. “Alpha Kayden is already angry. The last thing you want to do is give him another reason to be.” I glanced toward the doorway. “Noted.” I turned back to my carcass and forced myself to concentrate. The kitchen had fallen strangely quiet.
