Shari I was working with Sandi when I noticed that she kept getting distracted. She hadn't been like this in the time that I had known her. Curious about what was going on with her, I asked, "Sandi, are you okay?" "Um, yeah. I guess," she said, not sounding very convincing. "Well, if you need to talk, you can talk to me. I won't judge you. You didn't judge me," I told her. "Thanks Shari," she replied, giving me a smile. Throughout the day she was continually distracted. She still did her work and pulled her weight. But she was still distracted. In the time I had known her and worked with her, she had never been so quiet. It was weird seeing her like this. Sandi "You should talk to her. She can help you more than you know," the voice whispered. "What do you mean?" I asked her.
