I held her shivering figure in my arms while she continued to cry, causing my heart to clench in pain.
Hurt and anger.
This is all I can feel at this moment because the love of my life is crying bitterly for reasons unknown to me.
As her mate, I should know what is troubling her. I should be able to calm her, console her by taking her pain away but it’s been almost five minutes that we are standing in the middle of her room but she is still crying.
