Chapter 44October 17th, Tuesday Night The roads were nearly empty on the ride home. My legs felt leaden. Even so I managed to make my way along the paths and the roads until I got home. I wheeled the bike into the garage and went inside. Mom rushed into the kitchen as I came in. "Ravyn! Are you okay?" I shrugged. "Yeah, I'm fine." Mom pulled me into a hug.
