Alex hurried through his rounds the next day. He did not deny attention to any of his patients, but he did not linger and talk to them as he sometimes did. As soon as he was finished, he turned in the charts and left the hospital.
He went by his house first to change out of his hospital clothes. He thought Angelica should have another view of him outside his doctor image. When he entered his car, he called Angelica.
“Hello,” answered Angelica.
“Hello, this is Alex. I wanted to let you know I will be on my way to your house in a few minutes.”
“I’ll be ready,” she answered.
“I talked to Yellow Hawk. He said for you to bring your driver’s license and your birth certificate. I have some more information from Moon Walking, but I’ll tell you about it when I get there.”
