Oh my God, seriously?” Bella was disappointed in her parents, she turned to go back to her room
“Bella wait” Mr Langley called out
“Bella you need to sit down let’s discuss like adults,” Mr. Grayson said, his voice portraying the frustration he felt
“Fine,” Bella said as she sat down
“I have spoken with your parents and we have all agreed that you need to come out of your shell, you can't remain like this
We have decided that you get married, move to a new environment, and breathe in fresh air. It will help you heal faster”
Mr Langley said as he gazed straight at Bella to get her reaction. Bella didn't respond to him, she was lost in her thoughts
“Bella it's for your good, staying home all day doing nothing won't help” her dad quickly chipped in
“Mom, Was that what you wanted to discuss with me?” Bella questioned
“Yes” her mom responded, her head down
“ I will think about it” Bella heaved a sigh
“No no no, we don't have time for that, the preparations are already going on” Mr. Langley blurted out
“Preparations for what?” Bella was confused
“For your marriage, it’s an arranged marriage, that’s what I wanted to discuss with you” Mrs Grayson fought back the tears building up in her eyes
“What! You can't just marry me off like that, I don't even know this person you are talking about “ Bella’s eyes crinkled, and her forehead wrinkled, she was in disbelief
“ This marriage is very important to this family, you aren't just marrying anybody, he is a billionaire, all of our debts will be cleared, and your future will be secure, you have to do this Bella” Mrs. Grayson convinced Bella, her heart broke for her daughter, but the decision had already been made
“I won't do it, I can't marry someone I don't love, I'm human and I have feelings,” Bella said, her voice breaking
“This isn't just about you, it's about our whole family”
“You only care about the money, how about me? My feelings? We don't even know this person, what if he is a threat to us?” tears streamed down Bella’s cheeks, and her head ached badly, she was in so much agony
“I know the Smith family very well, they are well-to-do with a good reputation,” Mr Langley said as he cleared his throat
“I don't care, he is not my choice” Bella’s voice broke, she tried to speak through the pain
“You have to put your act together, everything is already in process and we can't disappoint them, CEO Smith is sorting all the bills for the marriage, we can't afford to embarrass them. You will learn to love him with time ” Mr. Grayson said without mincing words
Bella sobbed uncontrollably, the emotions were too gravid for her to contain
“I’m still mourning my late fiancé” her voice trembled
Mr Grayson sighed heavily
“The dead have no business with the living, you’re still curled up about Phil and that’s why you need this marriage to help you detach” he was not having it anymore with Bella

“Dad, of all the girls you picked a low-life girl, this is ridiculous” Thiago was in disbelief
“Don’t speak ill of your bride” CEO Williams said
“What happened to the daughters of your friends since you don’t like my girlfriend?” Thiago asked, his lips facing downward in disapproval
“Bella is the sweetest soul you would ever meet, I assure you” CEO Williams smirked softly
“Ding dong” the doorbell rung
It was the Grayson family, CEO Williams Smith gave them a warm welcome, he reached out to give Bella a hug
“Welcome to my abode, Make yourself feel comfortable” CEO Williams declared, his workers were busy making the arena suitable for the guests
“Thank you, sir,” Mr. Grayson said with a big smile on his face
“Bella is a really pretty woman,” CEO Williams said as he looked over to Thiago
Chuckles filled up the room
“Good day everyone,” A lady said as she walked in
“This is the event planner, she's the one handling everything” CEO Williams introduced Lara to the Graysons

“Bella please come with me for the fitting of your dress,” Lara said smiling
She walked away and Bella followed behind her
“I have 5 different dresses for you to pick from, what's your dream dress?” Lara asked enthusiastically as they walked down to the fitting room
“Anything works for me” Bella was nonchalant
“Come on, it's your big day, you have to look extraordinary” Lara chuckled
“I’m sure you would love all the dresses” Lara added as she didn’t get a response from Bella
“Hi everyone, this is Bella the bride, Bella please meet the team,” Lara said
“Hi Bella” voices echoed
“Hi,” Bella said softly
“Okay, Let’s start with this dress”
“This is so beautiful,” Bella said in a low tone with a faint smile
“Please stand on the platform so you can see yourself properly”
As Bella saw herself in the mirror, she had flashbacks of when she was fitting her wedding dress while she was engaged to her late fiancé, her mood changed instantly, her shoulders sagged, her eyes teary, her hands turned cold
“Bella, are you okay?” Lara asked, she was confused
“If you don’t like the dress you can try another one” She signaled to the seamstress to get another dress
Bella started getting dizzy, her head spinning, she started waving
“Oh my God, Bella!”
“Bella!”
Lara quickly rushed to meet Bella, but she passed out on her arms
“Bella!”
“Call Mrs. Grayson, hurry up”
“Somebody call emergency” Lara yelled
“Bella stay with me”
Mrs Grayson quickly rushed in
“What happened?” She questioned, her voice fidgety
Mr Grayson and CEO Williams followed behind
“She was just trying on her dress then she collapsed” Lara explained, her face showing deep concern
Sirens started blaring outside, and Bella was quickly rushed to the hospital.
“She will be fine” Mr Grayson comforted his wife as she sobbed
“I have a meeting to attend now, I will be back later to see Bella, I have asked my accountant to sort out all the bills,” CEO Williams said
“Thank you so much,” Mrs Grayson said amidst tears
“It’s fine, we are family now,” CEO Williams said and walked out briskly
Lara walked up to the Grayson shortly after CEO Williams left
“I will be going home now, I have a big day tomorrow,” Lara said in a low tone, her eyes tired
Mr Grayson nodded in approval, his mouth turned downwards and forehead wrinkled
“Thank you”
“Honey you should go home and rest, I will look after her,” Mr Grayson said to his wife
“I want to be here when she wakes up,” Mrs. Grayson said still sobbing
The doctor walked in and examined Bella
“She’s fine, she just need rest, she will be up soon
I would love to see you in my office if you don’t mind” he said and left the room
Mr Grayson left with the doctor while his wife stayed behind
“Mom” Bella called out faintly
Mrs Grayson was in shock as she heard her daughter’s voice
