Bella picked up a wine bottle for self-defense as she walked to the kitchen, shemustered enough courage to approach the intruder
“Jesus Thiago”
“What?” Thiago question
“You should have said something at least” Bella heaved a sigh of relief
“This is my house”
“No one sneaks into their house at this time of the night”
“Where are you coming from?” Bella asked
“You have no right to question me,” Thiago said and went to their room
Bella followed him
“I'm your wife, I ought to know your movement” Bella challenged Thiago
Thiago went into the bathroom to take a shower
“Thiago! Thiago!” Bella called out
He ignored her, Bella lay on the bed, confused and unhappy.
*Alarm rings*
It's Dawn, Bella got up and didn't see Thiago
“He must be in the sitting room,” she thought
“Good morning ma” one of the household workers greeted
“Where is my husband?” Bella questioned, she was confused
“He left early this morning”
“Did he mention where he was going?”
“No Ma, he didn't”
“Breakfast is ready ma”
“I'm not hungry,” Bella said and left
Bella called Thiago but he didn't take her call she proceeded to call Liam
“Hey Liam,” Bella said in a low tone
“Hey Bella, what's up?”
“Sorry to bug you, Have you heard from Thiago?” Bella questioned, she was worried
“I haven't heard from him, I'm at my friend’s”
“Do you need help? I can drive down” Liam was concerned
“No, he just left this morning without informing me” Bella was worried about Thiago’s whereabouts

“You’re now a married man, you should be visiting me with your wife,” CEO Williams said
“It's an official visit, Dad,” Thiago said his face impassive
“Then it should be at the office” CEO Williams retorted, his eyes straight at Thiago, not budging
“When are you going to carry out your part of the deal?” Thiago asked avoiding eye contact
“What deal?”
“Dad don't act ignorant, you know exactly what I'm talking about”
“If it's about the company forget about it”
“This is bullsh*t” Thiago retorted, his fists clenched and brows knitted
“Mind your language” CEO Williams wasn't moved by Thiago’s anger
“I will hand it over to you at my own will, don't come to my house and tell me what to do instead focus on how you can build your empire,” he said bluntly
Thiago grunted and left in anger, his heart pounding in rage.
Thiago drove down to a bar, he wasn't happy about how his dad was treating him. He drank to a stupor. He was too intoxicated to drive, he called his girlfriend
“Hey babe” Thiago called in a low tone
“Hey, where are you?” Sophie was concerned
“I'm at the bar house, come and pick me up” Thiago’s speech was slur
“Okay babe, I'm on my way”
Sophie hurriedly got her keys and drove down to the bar house. She located Thiago, he was lying on the couch in the VIP section, empty bottles scattered around
“Thiago are you okay?” Sophie was irritated by the foul smell that engulfed her. She took him to her car and she called his driver
“Hey, come to the bar house and take Thiago’s car home, the key is with the bouncer” Sophie instructed
“Yes ma” the driver responded
Sophie took Thiago to her house, he passed out in her room
“sh*t!” Thiago jumped up, it was late, he started packing up to leave
“Where are you going?” Sophie asked
“I need to go home now”
“You’re going to meet her right?” Sophie was jealous
“Babe I have work tomorrow so I have to go home and rest”
“Why can't you rest here?”
Thiago was silent
“ I see you want to go and spend time with her, this wasn't the plan, you told me you did it because of the company” Sophie was sad
“Don’t say that, I did it for us” Thiago looked into Sophie’s eyes
“How long will it take?” Sophie asked in a low tone
“Everything should be sorted soon” Thiago rubbed Sophie’s chin softly his other hand locked with hers
There was silence for some moment, Sophie reached for a kiss and Thiago gave in. Their lips locked, Sophie moaned as she felt the warmth of Thiago lips on hers, she didn't let go
“I have missed you so much,” Thiago said, the reverberation of his voice in Sophie’s mouth. Sophie’s lips were tender and tasted like fruit. He couldn't resist
He reached for Bella’s breast, they were tender, and he played around her n*****s, she moaned as he explored her
“I’m wet,” she mumbled
Thiago slowly moved his hands to her front bottom, she moaned even louder
He kissed her to keep her calm
“I need you,” Sophie said in a weak voice, her eyes weak, she was in the mood
Thiago smirked and took her to the bed, he laid on her and kept exploring every inch of her body, increasing his pace gradually, Their hearts pounded with every move, she moaned and he groaned as they enjoyed every bit of each other.
They passed out after an intense moment.

Bella was worried, she hadn't heard from her husband throughout the day, she kept calling him but it was to no avail
“Is he safe? Is he with someone else? what if something had happened?, am I overreacting? She kept questioning herself
Her mind was flooded with thoughts
She thought of calling Liam but she didn’t want to strain him with her marital affairs
She didn't want to disturb CEO Williams either, he had a lot going on with him.
She kept having a gut feeling, something wasn't right. Bella called her mom
“Hey sweetie” Mrs Grayson was enthusiastic
“Hey Mom” Bella’s voice was low
Mrs Grayson noticed Bella was moody
“What’s wrong?” she was concerned
“It's Thiago, he came home late last night and left early this morning, I have no idea of his whereabouts” Bella was fighting the urge to cry
“Calm down Bella, he is probably working in the office, you know he is now a husband,” Mrs Grayson said
“Mom, he is not into me, it's very obvious, it's like my presence irritates him” Bella’s voice broke
“Bella baby, it takes time, you will have to understand each other, you know you were total strangers before getting married” she tried to encourage her daughter
“This is harder than I thought, I’m drained” Tears streamed down Bella’s cheeks
“Can I come home for some time?”
“Sweetie you’re now married that’s your home”
“Mom, I can’t do this, my emotions are being toiled with”
“Listen to me sweetie, this is just the beginning, it gets better with time trust me” Mrs. Grayson tried to cheer Bella up
Bella wasn’t having it
“Okay baby, I will try to visit you”
“When?” Bella sobbed
“Soon baby, I promise”
“I have to go, it’s your dad” Mrs. Grayson hung up
Bella sobbed hard, she was tired of the whole emotional drama
“It’s not even up to a week since I got married and I’m already experiencing this,” she thought to herself
She didn’t get the fairytale honeymoon she drooled about, this was different, she felt like a part of her was missing

The doorbell rang
“It’s the mailman,” Bella thought, she wasn’t in the mood for that

The doorbell rang a second and a third time
She went to the door, there was a package. She heaved a sigh and picked it up, she looked around and didn't see a sign of anyone
She opened the package and it was a card
“Meet me at the old railway station by 4 pm tomorrow. It’s urgent” Bella was confused
