The first date

It is Saturday and that means there is no classes.

I missed the breakfast today because I woke up at 9:40 and the breakfast ends at 10:00 . When I saw it was late already I decided just to sleep in since it is already late.

I jolted out of my sleep when I remembered about Sam.

I quickly did my phone to see if he has called me when I was sleeping.

I read again the message from last night." Good night beautiful, don't dream about me". I smiled, I really am attracted to this guy badly, God help me.

It was 2pm and still no call or text from Sam, suddenly my mood become sour, Kira went at Dorado International University of Management to visit her cousins, she has invited me but I gave her excuses that I will be doing my laundry. Lily is not the one to be in the campus during the weekend, how we became friends I don't know, I am an indoor kind of a person and she is very outgoing .

Sometimes I even wonder how we are friends because we are totally opposite of one another.

She can be loud, outgoing , friends with almost everyone in the campus .She can fit in any group but I am a opposite of that, I am that kind of a person that trips or fill like she gonna trip over when passing by a group of people.

It was getting late and I have given up the idea that Sam will show up,

It was almost evening when I got a text from him saying he is waiting for me outside, I almost forgot that he made me wait all day when I jumped up from excitement.

I have to remind myself to pretend that I didn't care or I have forgotten that we made plans?

Hey beautiful, I am waiting for you outside...Sam texted.

You are? Why? I texted back pretending that I have forgotten.

Mhm.. I told you I wanna show you something remember? He replied

Oh, you were serious?

Yes".

Okay. Give me a few minutes, I did a little happy dance.

I put on a 7 minutes stop watch on my phone so that it seems I was not eager to go. I have already put on my black tight skinny jeans, a black sweater with a heart shape in front and my white Nike Air Force . I looked myself in the mirror and applied a little bit of lip gloss. Satisfied with my look , I walked down to meet him.

Hi? I said smiling

Hi? You look beautiful.

Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself. I said, appreciating what I see. The men if fine.

Ok, shall we?

Where are we going?

It is a surprise.

Hey! You want to kidnap me or something? I asked.

I am a cop remember?

One without a gun... I mumbled.

I do have a g*n, I just don’t use it t carry it so often.I went through the training just like everyone else, the only difference is that I don't run to crime scenes or arrest people... he explained

"Interesting". I answered absent minded.

We drove around the campus and headed to the side of Goreangab Dams. I opened my mouth to ask if we were gonna go to the dams but he stopped his car between Ramatex factories and Gammamans Water purification.

Ok. This is weird, are you sure you are not going to kidnap me? I asked out of curiosity .

No. He answered with a husky laughter

He picked up a not so big box and asked to follow him.

We walked up on a slope until we reach something like it was a mountain but now it is cut flat.

We were now on high land and watching down as the car pass by the road at a distance.

He laid out a throw blanket from the box, and two small pillows, he also took out a small basket and asked me to sit down.

To say I was surprised was an understatement.

The basket contained a wine bottle, crackers ,cheese and fresh grapes and two small plastic glasses

My mouth is wide open.

My heart if filled with warmth .

I just want to show you how the sun sets beyond those mountains, over that dam , believe me you will enjoy the site. Just give it a few minutes.

We sat down eating crackers and drinking wine and talking about anything and nothing.

This was the best date ever, the sun started setting and it was breathtaking, rays of orange and purple and grey skies were mercerizing.

Wow, I never thought I liked a sunset before today, it always seems so ordinary... I said looking over the mountain.

That is because you never shared it with me beautiful. Sam replied flirtatiously.

Thank you for showing me this. I answered looking at him apprehensively.

You have to do something for me first. Sam said

What is it? I asked.

Come close" he answered with a mischievous look.

I looked in his adorable brown eyes and I seems not to take my eyes away. He moved closer but still I wasn't able to move back, he placed his lips on mine, the spark and explosion that followed in my heart was from a different world, the lip are so sweet and soft and I can't stop myself, it was like I am in a different world,he touched my thigh and I jerked back to reality.

I think we should go"...I said looking any were else except on his face.

Yes, that is a great idea. Sam agreed.
