THE BATTLE BEGINS

The sound of the alarm horn echoed loudly across the pack territory, breaking the peaceful silence. Every warrior immediately took their positions, weapons ready and wolves snarling.

I stood beside Lance, feeling the power surging inside me. My eyes glowed with a faint golden light, matching the determination in his eyes.

"Stay close to me," Lance said, his voice deep and commanding. He held his sword tightly, ready to strike anyone who dared to come near.

"I will," I replied, gripping his hand one last time before we stepped forward. "But remember, I am not just here to watch. I am here to fight with you."

We walked out of the pack house and into the open field. The sky seemed to darken as hundreds of enemy wolves emerged from the shadows of the forest. They were led by a man dressed in black, his face cold and cruel.

"So this is them," the man sneered, looking at us. "The Alpha and his supposed Royal Princess. How disappointing."

Lance growled, a sound that shook the ground. "You are not welcome here, traitor. Leave now or face the consequences."

The man laughed, a harsh and empty sound. "We are here for the girl. Hand her over, and maybe we will spare the rest of you."

I stepped forward, not backing down. I raised my hand, and suddenly, a wave of golden energy pushed the air around me, making the enemies take a step back in surprise.

"I am not going anywhere," I said loudly, my voice ringing clear. "And you are not taking anything from us. If you want me, you have to get through me first."

The man's eyes widened slightly, seeing my power. "So... it is true. The power is indeed inside you."

"ATTACK!" he shouted.

The enemies rushed towards us like a dark wave.

"FOR THE PACK!" Lance roared.

He charged forward, fighting like the true Alpha he was. I closed my eyes for a second, gathering all my strength. When I opened them, they were shining bright gold.

"Let's end this," I whispered.
