'Do you think this looks nice?' I turned to look at Alaska who hadn't still said a thing since she had walked inside my room earlier, after learning what had happened in the back yard. She had been pacing around in those high heels which made a lot of noise. Her nails dug into her fingers as she kept fidgeting with them.
