Jolina, the current Luna assigned Tagi to sleep over in the guest room. Jade assisted her to support her in whatever she needed.
I finally fell asleep around eleven PM. My belly and my heart were full. I was nervous thinking about my transition, but I also couldn't wait to get it over with. I just wanted to meet my wolf. I had learned a lot about what to expect, though I was ready.
Marvin decided to sleep on the floor in my room in wolf form. He was afraid to leave my side. I appreciated his vigilance and support.
When it comes early in the morning, I awoke with sudden pain in my arms, followed by my legs. It's already 4:00 AM. It's like the bones and flesh in my whole body are being pulled, pulling my veins like electric wires fully loaded with electricity.
"BOOGS!"
I fell off the bed hard, my shoulder slamming against the floor. A scream tore out of my throat as hot pain exploded through my body, my vision started to blur, like bleeding into gray.
“Whoooaah!!” I screamed, clawing at the sheets as the room spun.
Then something else followed the pain. A strange pressure surged through me, deep and new, like a locked force suddenly breaking loose. My hands jerked violently, fingers spasming as long, brown nails pushed out, tearing through skin with a sickening burn.
Marvin reacted instantly.
He was already moving, his wolf snapping into place beside me, fur bristling, eyes glowing as he guarded my trembling body. A low, protective growl rumbled from his chest, vibrating into the air.
“It hurts!” I growled, my voice no longer fully my own.
I reached for him, desperate my fingers sinking into his thick fur. The moment I grabbed his neck, another wave of agony crashed through me. It was sharper, crueler, ripping through my spine like fire.
Marvin let out a sharp breath, and shifted.
In seconds, he was human again, kneeling in front of me, hands steady even as panic flashed briefly across his eyes.
“Look at me,” he said firmly, yet gently. “I’ll talk you through it.”
I forced myself upright, shaking so hard with my teeth rattled. I grabbed his hands like a lifeline, clinging to him as if letting go would tear me apart.
“It will take a while,” he continued, calm despite the chaos. “We’ll stay here... about an hour. Then we go out. You’re not alone.”
He climbed onto the bed and leaned his back against the headboard. I barely made it into his lap before another surge hit, my body arching as I cried out. He wrapped his arms around me, pulling me close.
“Stay with me,” he whispered into my ear. “Breathe. Feel me. Touch helps, let it ground you.”
Each wave came harder than the last.
My muscles locked. My bones felt like they were grinding against each other, crushing inward. My skin stretched tight, burning, as if it couldn’t contain what was trying to break free.
“Please… come on!” I shouted, my sanity fraying with the pain. “Make it stop!”
The pressure kept building relentless, and merciless, like my body was filling with steam, swelling, it was like about to burst apart.
I screamed again as my back arched violently, breath ripped from my lungs.
Marvin cursed under his breath.
“That’s it,” he said, decision snapping into place. “We’re moving.”
Before I could protest, he lifted me into his arms, holding me tight as another tremor wracked my body. He carried me toward the door, with urgency in every step.
Outside... where whatever was coming next could finally be unleashed.
I didn't know how much time had passed. Soon his mom and brothers joined us. At that point, I was not completely coherent. All I could concentrate on was the feeling of what Marvin wrapped around me. The electric feeling of his touch kept my mind from building pain.
He rocked me slowly back and forth. "You can do it Love. Trust the process!"
Then the real pain hit me. What I had been feeling before was nothing compared to this. I knew that it would not always feel this way. But this first experience of shifting was difficult. I let out the moan.
"Waaa...aah! (Oooowwrll!)"
I had been keeping it for so long. Sweat was forming on my forehead.
"Waaa...aah. (Oooowwrll!)"
"You are almost there! Just let it happen." Marvin said.
It happened in an instant, a transformation so profound that words fail to capture its essence. Imagine the moment of a newborn's first breath; that’s how it felt as I broke free from the confines of my human existence, transitioning into my wolf form.
The last stage of this transformation happened in a flash, with Marvin carefully setting me down on the cool grass below. In that instant, it felt like a jolt of electricity shot through me, igniting every part of my new existence. I realized that my human identity had slipped away, but I wasn’t just one being anymore; I was a blend of my old self and this powerful new force.
I embraced this duality with clarity, truly grasping who I was while tapping into an incredible strength that surged within me. Surrounded by a lively blend of fresh sensations and delightful scents, I felt completely absorbed in the moment.
My senses sharpened, allowing me to catch glimpses of my wolf-like spirit darting around, my movements almost mesmerizing. The gentle sound of water droplets falling from the leaves created a calming melody, while my newly heightened sense of hearing picked up the soft rustle of a little bird shifting in its nest high above.
When I turned to look at Marvin, I saw him gazing at me with pure wonder, as if I were the most amazing thing he had ever seen. Then he said, "You have extraordinary strength!"
His bright smile lit up his face, and there he was, kneeling in front of me, gently placing his hands on either side of my muzzle, a gesture brimming with warmth and admiration.
Then he slowly pulled me in his strong arms.
I remembered there were other people here, and I turned to look at them. They hadn't brought someone from any member of the pack over. It was too early. They just appeared relieved and excited. But they didn't approach me. I think they knew this was Marvin's time. I nodded at the two of them since I couldn't speak.
Then Marvin turned into a wolf. His transition was smooth and seamless. I envied him at this moment. He was much bigger than me. But what did I expect? That I would be this huge, muscular wolf? I didn't even know what I looked like yet.
Marvin strolled toward the forest and paused, waiting for me to catch up. I took my first cautious steps and felt a wave of relief, I was balanced and free from pain. In a burst of excitement, I leaped up in a playful little dance, and I could hear the others chuckling nearby.
Marvin nudged his nose against my neck, and I closed my eyes, inhaling his familiar, enticing scent, which seemed even more intense today. I leaned in closer, enjoying the moment. He circled around me, giving me a thorough inspection, his tail wagging happily. Then, he turned back to face the woods, and I could tell he was eager for us to run together.
But wait, where's Tagi? She was supposedly here with me. I look back at Jolina; she is now standing with Joel.
And how about Jade? Where is he?
Jolina gave me a sign to assure me. She pointed to her watch. I wonder what it means. Then I realized it was time for my first run. But since I still smelled Tagi, So maybe I transformed my wolf ahead of her, and knowing that Jade is guarding him.
The sun was just starting to rise as we made our way into the trees. Marvin took off, and I followed. Happily jumping over rocks and branches. I stopped often to look at things I had never noticed before.
Marvin indulged me and waited as I sniffed the ground, noticing I could pick up on the faint scents of creatures who had passed through here not long ago. It was amazing!
We finally made it to the water. Marvin got close and let me learn how I could take a drink. It was cool and refreshing. Then I laid down in a grassy spot right beside it. Marvin curled his large body and tail around me, and we slept.
Later on, two werewolves came, a male one and one with the same size as me. At first, I wondered who they were?
Then I smelled Tagi. Oh really? Is this Tagi?
I ran going to her. Tagi is very cute with her brown fur. Her black eyes are the same as mine. I sniffed around her, and she noticed me, by heads down. I jumped with happiness, and so did she.
I ran near the waterfall, and she followed. I watch her sipping water beside Jade, who has been transformed into his wolf form. After drinking Marvin let us play around in the grassy land like a puppy, moaning, biting until we got tired. And so then the four of us sat on the grassy area for a rest.
