ITS ME AND MY WOLF

1173 Words
"What happened?" Dad came home. Then he saw me wiping Tagi's face. Tagi came home with her hair was messy with leaves and mud stuck to it, her face looked like it had been dusted with mud along with her entire body, as if she had been swimming in mud. "She turned to her wolf a while ago" Mom said. "I need to go to for a bath. Excuse me!" Tagi run upstairs. "How about you princess?" Dad asked. "I'm fine now. Tagi turned to her wolf while she was outside. While I was taking cared of Marvin. If only she's here. Marvin can handle us both." I said. Dad take a deep breath. "Marvin, please handle this two girls. They are so innocent. I want to apologize but, I want them to finish their studies as well." Dad said. "I understand Sir. I promised to protect them to the best of my ability." Marvin said. During the lunch time in the table. Dad keeps his gaze to Marvin as we both eat. Then he started to say, "I genuinely care about your welfare. If you believe this will make things better right now, I won’t stand in your way. But Marvin, all I really ask is that these two receive a good future" "I will do everything I can to ensure that." Marvin replied. "Your Dad is kind. He trusted Marvin, so call us anytime ok? this is not permanent." Mom said. "Yes Mom, Dad, I promise, I will return home the usual" I said. Then I went closer to my parents to give them a stronger hug. Marvin nod at Dad. Finally my frustration is almost done. "Abby Jezz, it's time to go. Get your things and meet us outside." Marvin said. However, I have never seen Dad like this. Tagi nodded at me, then Mom. So I got up and went upstairs to my room, to get my personal things and put them together in my bag. He spread his arms wide, and I was instantly enveloped in his warmth embrace. Tears, unwelcome yet relentless, streamed down my cheeks. His hands moved gently across my back, sending delightful shivers with every soft touch. "I'm so sorry, I didn't intend to upset your Dad." Marvin said, while taking my hand in his. "I think he could change his mind soon. He just needs to come to grips with the idea first." I tell him, even though I'm not sure, I believe it myself. "We better go." I said this as I pulled myself out of his comforting arms. He puts his hands on my shoulders and looks me in the eyes. "Jezz, we will be together. This is just a minor setback. Everything will be fine." He then wipes the tears from my cheek. I nodded, looking down at the ground. I don't feel as certain as he sounds. He pulls me back into him again and holds me tight. I wish I could stay. Slowly, I moved away from him and made my way to help myself inside the car. The atmosphere in the car is thick with unspoken tension, and I can feel the weight of my emotions as tears continue to stream down my face. It’s comforting to know that Marvin truly gets what I’m going through, even if he can’t alter the situation. His empathy offers me a glimmer of hope, and I find solace in the fact that he’s at my side. Upon arriving at Marvin's house, he promptly directed me to my room, leaving me to process everything alone. I quickly text my parents to let them know I’ve arrived safely, then I settle onto my bed, taking slow, deliberate breaths to calm the storm inside me. At precisely 11 PM, a sense of unease washed over me, prompting me to step outside Marvin's house. The moon hung high in the sky, casting its luminous glow in large radiant circles. As I stood there, the ground beneath my feet seemed to beckon me, intensifying the throbbing in my head. Once again, I glanced up at the moon, and to my astonishment, I noticed something crystalline and transparent disrupting the horizon, causing the very line of the night to shift and separate. In an instant, I found myself morphing into my wolf form, an overwhelming surge of power coursing through me. The transformation was all-consuming, and I felt as though I had given up control entirely. While the pain that once accompanied this change had been reduced, it seemed to stem from a place of urgency and need. My mind felt like a chaotic whirlwind, swirling with so many thoughts that it became hard to tell where my own consciousness ended and the wolf inside me began. It was a disorienting experience, making me struggle with the confusion of which feelings and memories actually belonged to me. The one that I clearly identify with, is one simple word: "Mate!" it says repeatedly. I found myself pushing the big stone forward. I take a moment to let the energy absorbed from the ground, that fully integrate within me, basking in the soft, and the luminous light of the moon bathes the scene in a serene glow. It is so strong and I felt so powerful. I pace back and forth. I can hear myself growling. But, I don't know how long I have been doing this. When Marvin arrived to help me, he took a startled breath. "Jezz, stay focussed and relaxed!" he slowly came toward me. Then he gently puts his hand out, and pats my head. "It's okay, love. Just be patient." I stay completely still, not shifting even a fraction. My attention is solely on my wolf and him, the weight of the moment pressing down on me. The urge to escape this place grows stronger with each passing second. After a while, Jolina approaches and positions herself in the doorway, her gaze fixed on me without a word. "Jezz, please be careful. I know you need to do this. I can see it in your eyes." "Oh Madam Jolina, there's nothing to worry about." I said but am. "Did you hear me?" Jolina suddenly replied I turned to look at her. "Really, is it true did you hear my thoughts?" "Ahhmm. slight.." I said. Oh I really did.? Then I heard Jolina cutely laughed. As a small wolf I turned back to Alpha Marvin and said, "Marvin, I hear your Mom. I'm talking to her now" "Really, now you have started to talk to one another, it is a new progress! let's see if you can talked to my brothers later, after this" He responded through our mind link. Marvin lifted his hand high above his head, gesturing towards the expansive land that stretched out around the hills. It's my time!! "Ooowwwlll...." I groowwll! I race into the hills without looking at my back. "Hahaha ha" Jolina laughed behind me. She's so thrilled to find out that I'm now chatting with their links.
