TAGI AND THE SECRET'S

"Oh, I see. So you are still single?"

Richard playfully asks Tagi while sipping his juice from the glass.

"Yes, but not until I finally told him, that I really, really connected to him. He is so special, and he is so special to my heart too. I never regret what I did."

"I understand." Richard responded to Tagi.

I couldn't help but notice that Richard was completely locked his eyes on Tagi, which made her frown and react in a rather monstrous way.

"You were so serious; I am not going to flirt with you. You know, you're so boring."

Richard says, and we both laugh. "Don't you worry, you are not my type." he added.

"And your not my type too." Tagi said. Then we burst out our laughed again.

After an hour of talking, we leave the house.

"Thank you, Richard, for inviting us tonight. Nice to know you more," I say.

"Well, thank you guys! "Oh Tagi, can I have your f*******: account so that I can add you?" he asks.

"No, I don't accept any strangers in my account, and you are one of them." Tagi say it direct to the point.

"Seriously?" Richard says.

"Look, you are a son of beta; many of the girls out there are waiting for you. I just want to be your friend, that's it." Tagi explained.

"But what if we are soulmates? Will you accept me?" He asks.

"That is unlikely to happen; stop dreaming, ok?"

Tagi answered him irritably. While I look around and leave the two behind so that they have a little space to talk. Tagi told me that Richard is possibly her soulmate. But she just insists on it in front of Richard.

As I wanderes around, there were three bodyguards standing outside. There were five luxurious cars parked in front and spy cameras attached to every corner of the house.

"Richard is really a rich beta," I told myself.

Richard drove us home; the park is two streets from our house. I requested it so that my parents wouldn't see him. Then he left. Then I smelled werewolves nearby.

While we walked, Tagi said, "She's here; she followed us from Richard's house."

"I don't want to get you in any trouble; do you think she might attack us here?" I ask

"I don't know, but I think she just wants to know where we are living," she says.

I once again felt fear and dread for my parents.

OUT OF NOTHING I fully trusted Tagi as my best friend, and as my loving sister. But what if, she has a dark secret from me?

WAY BACK FROM THE NIGHT, when Alpha Marvin gave his "marked" on me.

POV. -- "TAGI AND MARVIN"

"Alpha Marvin, I'm sorry!'

They were both shocked when they bumped into each other in the hallway. Tagi was looking for a comfort room while Marvin was heading to his private room.

"Are you okay?"

Marvin asked, while inhaling her scent. He knew she was drunk from the alcohol she had drunk earlier at the gathering event.

"Alpha.. my Alpha.. why you don't care so much for me?"

Marvin looks at her with confusion. "What? I cared for all of us, including you. You are part of the family, Tagi."

"You say that, as if you didn't see me ." Tagi said, then she laughed.

"Tagi let me bring you to your room now. You are not fine."

"No. no. no. Im good. I'm good at staying here. Staying with your family. Staying with you-" the weird words of Tagi become a questionable thing for Alpha Marvin. He thinks that there is something bothering her.

"Well, thanks. I'm happy that you are here too." Marvin said.

The next scene, Tagi suddenly became dizzy and fell into Marvin's arms. Then they stared at each other unintentionally.

Marvin and Tagi both understood that no one was stepping in to help them. So, in his mind, it was all Marvin's fault. He figured Tagi was just a bit off because she had been drinking. What he didn’t realize was that, this was the moment Tagi had decided to finally confess her feelings to him.

"I like you Marvin. All I want is for you to see me as your girl friend. Don't you have the same feelings for me?"

"Tagi? What are you talking about?" Marvin asked while Tagi kept smiling and her cheek kept blushing.

"You are a liar. Abby Jezz is not your mate. Because I am your true- mate."

"Tagi, you're drunk. you know I-" Marvin didn't finish his words when Tagi say something.

"I know what I'm talking about because I've always been honest. You're my mate, but it feels like you're dodging me instead of stepping up and making Abby Jezz your Luna. How could an Alpha like you turn out to be a liar?"

"Tagi. I did not lie. She is my mate and I really love her." Marvin explained.

"No. You don't love her. because, it should be me. You and me, in front of many people" Tagi spoke in a husky voice, her eyes revealing just how sleepy she was from the intoxication.

"What brings you here to say that words to me?"

Marvin clarified.

"Because I am the truly one. It hurts me, it breaks my heart up to my bones." Tagi said and her head dropped, and her eyes began to flutter shut.

Marvin is an Alpha. If Tagi is saying this, he thinks she must have her own reasons for it. Now, he just needs to figure out what those reasons are.

Marvin took a handful of her hair and pulled it up, while Tagi leaned in, inhaling the scent of her neck. Nothing felt off to him, but it was definitely odd because he was so aware of the smell.

The aroma of a destined mate lingered in the air. Although Marvin's scent was similar to Tagi's, he could hear every heartbeat echoing in Tagi's chest, the rhythm of air flowing in and out of his nose. Alongside this, he felt a lightness for Tagi that he hadn't anticipated. In the end, he never expected his heart to race for Tagi like this.

"It's impossible! I have two female mates?" he frowned asking himself.

Tagi's eyes flew open, and she pressed her lips against Marvin's with a passionate kiss. They lost themselves in each other for what felt like an eternity, fueled by their deep longing. Marvin was overwhelmed by a warmth that only a true mate could evoke. It was Tagi's incredible strength that made Marvin realize he had found his other soulmate.

"Mate" Marvin's wolf whispered to his ear. Now he can finally decide who Tagi is in his life.

He heard other voices around him, saying, "Marked me now!" but they were coming from Abby Jezz.

"I'm waiting!" another voice that Marvin heard. Again, that voice is coming from Abby Jezz.

While the kiss continued, Marvin tried to bite Tagi a little more.

Suddenly, his bite didn't push through. Marvin heard the fast walking of high heels, it was his mother Jolina who climbed the stairs for a peaceful night's sleep.

That's why the two stopped kissing. He pushed Tagi and left her behind.
