Tagi looked at me with a comfortable expression on her face, it means this guy had something to do with us.

"What's your name anyway?" Tagi asks him

"My name is Richard de Guzman, and you..."

"Just call me Tagi for short. And she's my best friend, Abby Jezz."

"Ok. So, since you are here now, I'm happy to invite both of you, and bring you to my place. Abby Jezz, remember you have something to settle with me, so this opportunity will be the first steps ahead" Richard said

"Wait, what do you want from us? I want to know what you think. And most of all, I want to end whatever my father did to your brother. Just make sure no harm will happen" I explained.

"Oh! Didn't you punch me last night? But I'm a gentleman, and I won't hit you. I only have one deal with you. There is a female wolf in our clan. Basically, she's learning taekwondo, and I want you to beat her in a fight." He says

"I don't have those skills. Why do you want me to fight with her?" I asked him.

"Because I want to challenge her, our elders have made an agreement that she will be my wife, my Luna. But I don't have any feelings for her. She is not my mate. That's why I am looking for some tricks that would make her give up on me and look for another man she deserves. Since I met you, I think you are fit to fight with her. No worries! it's just a bit of a challenge, no one would be killed."

Richard's face seems to be playing dumb at his words.

"Look, I will make sure that no one of you gets hurt, okay?" He added

"This girl, is our the same age right?" Tagi inserted.

"Yes, what keeps me bothering is, I already told her that she is not my mate but still she insisted with herself, I don't want to make things that are rude for her, but I wanted to make her realize that her destiny can move without me" Richard said.

"So, what should be the agreement between the two of us if I'll fight her?" I asked him.

"Our settlement? Just beat her until she gives up on the ring. When you win over her, I will forget the arrears between your father and my brother. But when you lose, I will tell everyone that you will join our pack with your best friend Tagi."

Richard explained. He is not only stupid, but arrogant.

"Is there any other way besides this? Does anyone really need to be hurt? Just to close these arrears?" I asked him.

"Yes, besides, I don't have any idea for now. But at least, I told you, you know that I am using your abilities, it's just like to be fair" Richard explains.

"Are you serious about this? We are the same age. Why did you take this for granted? Also, did your father, the Alpha, know about your plan?"

Tagi asks him.

"I'll take care of the Alpha, as long as what I say to you will follows. Don't share anything with them about the setup, is that clear?"

Richard says. It felt difficult for me to accept this test. I have never fought anyone before, except for the night that I punched this guy in wolf form, but he intends to attack us. Since I did it, it was still a trap to find out what I had. My parents taught me to be obedient to my elders, but why? Why did I come to this point? Mom will get home from work at night, and dad will go to a side job as an air conditioning technician. I think they will both go home late at night. While I was thinking, Tagi placed her right palm on my back and caressed it. She did that when she noticed that I was deep in thought and said,

I nodded at her. After what I heard, I remember what Marvin said, biking is being a good thing for me to develop my bones. So maybe I should try it and accept the test that Richard imposed on me.

"Yes, I will make sure that everything will be going smooth and clear."

"Deal"

"Agreed" Richard responded with his husky and strong voice. Then he moved away from us and talked to someone on the phone. I could hear him pleading to prepare the place for a battle. He added that he would come with his best fighter. The person on the other line seemed to agree, so he dropped the phone and came to us.

"So, the place is going to be ready later. I will give you a ride to the next street. We will be having lunch as a celebration of your acceptance of the test. Thank me later, OK?" Richard says.

"Good for yourself; your parents are unlucky to have a child who likes to fool others!" Tagi said.

"You're welcome, my dear! this thing is something that I can't forget with the two of you, let's say you helped me with this." Richard says.

"I hope you learned something on this, rejecting a woman who paid respect and love you is like a curse, take those words as my reminders" Tagi said. While Richard frowned.

We walked with Richard and got into his car. I can sense that Tagi is in a bad mood today, she was very annoyed with him.

After our lunch, we went to an unknown village. Richard stops the car in front of a white house, but it's old. He took us inside, and there were two men who greeted us at the entrance.

"So, which one?"

"This is Tagi, my girlfriend. She had brought her friend's name, Abby Jezz. She's the one who will fight with Stella."

Richard explained. I saw Tagi's reaction; she was saying something that only she could only understand while closing her eyes in annoyance and biting her lips.

"Good! Both of you should get ready. Stella is waiting for you!"

The other guys answered and pointed at me. Then Richard took us into the basement. It seemed that it was in a deep area of the White House. As we walked in the lobby, Tagi said

"Besh, trust yourself! You can do it!"

I know she's concerned. She held my cold hand. I feel the energy that my body absorbs from her. The mixture of heat and cold is now congealing inside my me. But I never minded it. I think it was just part of my nervousness. I feel fear—fear for my dear family and fear for Marvin when he finds out where I am now.

When we got inside the room, the place was wide with a big ring in the center. The area is surrounded by large iron bars, and the bright rays of the sun from above focus only on the ring. Behind the ring, it's surrounded by a lot of high-tech equipment used by gymnastics people. And there were 4 females and 8 males inside the room who were currently sitting near the ring. They were like judges for a contest that would be held in front of them. Later, there was a tall female with black hair who came and greeted us.

"Hello, young ladies! Welcome to the underground of the White Stone Pack.".

She says. Tagi looks at me, and I know what she wants to say, it's about the area that is new to our very own eyes.

"Abby Jezz, this is Marie; she will assist you in the ring. Just tell her what you need. Tagi and I will be sitting up there."

Richard said. He pointed at those eight men who were sitting in the front. Their age is at 40 's I think, they both look on us as we arrive on that place.
