EPISODE ELEVEN Lara wore her Leopard fur with pride. Her hunting bag containing her bow and arrows was slung across her left shoulder. She had a club in her hand. Standing on the edge of the forest, she watched two Lions in the plain holding a huge buffalo to ransom. One of the Lions held the buffalo in the rear biting away at his flesh. The other held the buffalo at the jugular. Both Lions were massive and muscular. In the end, the two predators forced the buffalo to her knees and her life was cut short. Lara had heard stories about humans sending Lions running with only clubs and screams. She came into the plain welding her club and screaming in an attempt to scare the Lions off. The Lions, sighting Lara and the club in her hand, growled and roared, revealing some sinister teeth and the harm they could do. They would not back off from their kill. Then Lara remembered her bow and arrows and their ability to make animals sleep. She reached for the bow, fixed an arrow and pulled the string. In a moment, the arrow planted itself on the forehead of one of the Lions with a metallic force. He slept off immediately. In a quick fashion, Lara fired a second shot and it caught the second Lion by the left foreleg. The two cats slept to stupor. In the process, Lara tied the Lions up and dragged them to the white cave. The hunted buffalo provided a massive meat which Lara cut in bits and transported to the white cave. The meats were well prepared, seasoned and kept by the fire coal to dry. After six hours of uninterrupted sleep, the Lions woke up to life, all tied. Lara imagined how hungry they would be. She provided boiled meats and the Lions bounced to Life. From the way they hungered for more, she knew they love the taste. They ate more than usual. Then it became clear that if Lions had better options, they might stop consuming raw flesh. To completely changed the orientation of the wild cats, Lara resolved to tie them to tie them up for three months. Their needs would be provided for, their diets changed, and hopefully, they would be reformed. These Lions would not be enough for hunting. Although Lions provided an assurance for brute force, they had been known to be poor runners and climbers. Lara would need cheetahs to cover this gap. She set out to hunt for cheetahs. Using her bow and arrows, Lara demobilized two cheetahs and held them bound. She kept them a distance away from the Lions and fed them with their new diets. The cats looked forward to their meals daily - boiled seasoned meats, and it appeared that raw flesh were no longer as enticing as they used to be. With her new knowledge of cats and their appetite, each time Lara was going to hunt, she went with a bag load of boiled meats. She was hunting with her bow and arrows when she saw these three foxes. They looked beautiful and smart. Their doglike appearance was enticing. Lara threw few boiled meats to them and they rushed for the catch. They seemed to love the taste and they followed Lara everywhere she went. With their unusual obedience, Lara surmised it was unnecessary to tie them down. And so, she continued to feed them with boiled seasoned meats and for as long as this happened, they abound - loyal, friendly and obedient. Wherever Lara sent them, they went. In the meantime, Lara hunted with the foxes and when they caught any game, they brought them to the white cave to be prepared and seasoned. In the process of assimilation, the foxes led the path. On this bright day, Lara set out to hunt for games. Standing in the plain, she saw a herd of horses running wildly and galloping. She had seen horses severally in Bunu. In fact, every king in Bunu district had a horse which they rode to functions. Now, she was seeing horses in the wild, running, galloping, playing and enjoying life for the sake of it. She looked at the horses again. The sheer muscles in their bodies, the gait and glory of their strengths all left her mesmerized. She would love to own one to cater for her transport. She hid behind a shrub and took a target at the horse. Momentarily, her arrow was buried in the huge lap of the horse and the horse fell to her sleep. The animal was too heavy to drag, so Lara tied the mammal to a tree until her poison expired. When the transporter was back on her feet, Lara led her to the white cave, away from the cats. It had been three months in captivity as the cats fed fat, saved from the troubles of hunting in the wild. Lara fed them with more boiled meats. Satisfied with their consumption and friendly ambience, she let them loose and there was a mutiny in the forest.  Everywhere Lara went, she went with terror. Armed with two hefty Lions, each weighing five hundred pounds, and four hundred pounds cheetahs on either side, together with three foxes as smart as gods, Lara was a terrifying sight. The carnivores chased the animals Lara commanded and spared the ones she ignored and they ate none. Lara had a team of reformed carnivores to hunt with. The foxes, with their cunning approach to everything, distracted and isolated the animals from their herds; the cheetahs, with their unmatched speed, pursued and held down the preys; the Lions, with their unrivaled strengths, muscled them to death.    *** She had lived four years in the wild. The teenage girl had undergone many transformations, mentally and especially physically. Her breasts were full and strong. Her buttocks were round and fleshy. And when she wore her Leopard fur on all these features, Lara was a beauty to behold and a true woman in the wild.  Whenever she bathed and water touched her body, a particular surge ran through her nerves. The feelings were electrifying and it was such that Lara could not explain. The paramount ruler of the the ghosts kept coming fortnightly. He was the only one who had sought Lara's hand in marriage. The only one who seemed qualified and the only one who looked human enough in the wild. Lara decided to let the king into her heart with a condition to it: Lara reserved the right to leave the forest and return to her people whenever she chose to. The king of ghommids agreed unequivocally. It was one of the happiest days in the life of the middle-age ruler. The thought of having a warrior for a wife was sensational.  A day was agreed for the wedding. It was meant to be a small and private wedding with few people in attendance. On the day of the wedding, Lara was fully dressed in her Leopard fur. She mounted her horse which now had a latch of leather for control. The Lions went in front. The cheetahs followed and then the horse. The three foxes followed from behind and the journey to the city of ghosts made a steady progress. The news of the king's wedding went far and wide. Every ghost in this city wanted to register their presence and now about ten thousand ghommids were in the king's palace determined to witness the wedding. Their music filled the air and the environment was lit and gay. When Lara showed up from afar with her entourage, the presence of five hundred pounds Lions left the heart quacking. On sighting Lara's consuming entourage, the ten thousand spectators bolted away and never returned. The wedding became private yet again.  The king of ghommids knew about Lara's entourage from his repeated visits to the white cave. For him and his household, it was no reason for fear. The wedding proceeded fine. Lara received her bride price on behalf of her parents. Her beret of Leopard fur gave way for a golden crown as the king pronounced her the new Queen of ghommids and the palace burst into flames of festivities.
