“Do these men really have to be here with us?” Aurora asked, glancing back at the two guards standing a bit away from them in the restaurant.
“Yes, I can’t go out without guards and arguing would not get me anywhere too. It could even get Lucian informed about me going out and I think it might ruin everything,” Aurelia replied.
“You are right,” Aurora answered.
“You look perfect now,” she added.
“You should take a picture.”
Aurelia grabbed her phone from the table and looked at Aurora for reassurance. Aurora gave her the reassurance she sought, and Aurelia took a selfie, flashing a fake smile at the camera.
