Two hours went by, with Byia contacting Toraan in between, to reassure her. Then, a small movement in the water alarmed her, and Byia focused on what was getting near her, which was making the water move differently. She sensed a fish, the size of her head, and Byia slowly grabbed one of her swords. When the strange fish was at arm’s reach, it was pierced right in the middle of his body and Byia quickly pulled him near, trying not to attract bigger fishes that could sense the blood in the water. Byia remained perfectly still, with the dead fish surrounded by a Magic Shield, to stop the blood from spreading.
