Chapter 10 Once again, Jo found herself standing in the snow amongst dense trees, staring at the side of a mountain. It was getting old, these vantage points, but with plenty of Xs left on her list to tick off and little else to do about it, she readied her weapon and hoped these assholes hadn’t gotten the memo that they needed to have their scandium bullets ready. This mine was set off from the others, a little deeper into the mountain range, away from major towns or villages. It had taken them several hours to get there, so she hoped that meant they wouldn’t be expecting the next hit to come at this location.
