Chapter Four

Chapter Four An hour later the trio were in a café in the town centre. It was busy with Sunday shoppers already fatigued from the hunt, and surrounded by bags full of their unsatisfying, too easily won trophies. Laura spotted a table in a slightly quieter corner and swept through the crowd. Admiring glances followed her figure-hugging jeans and white, low cut blouse that showed off her golden skin. Janine trailed behind pulling self-consciously at her skirt, while trying to keep one arm over her chest. They sat down and a waiter hurried over with food menus, smiling at the two women, but hardly acknowledging Ian. Laura ordered coffee for everyone. Janine had her arms crossed to hide the outline of her pert breasts and n*****s, clearly visible through the thin material. She flushed deeply as she reached to take a menu, partially revealing herself to the waiter’s appreciative gaze. Janine caught Laura’s half amused, half confused look. “I feel so exposed,” she said, explaining her discomfort. “How are you so confident?” Laura looked at her directly. “Confidence is just a question of not being overwhelmed by fear. It’s not a trait you’re either born with or not. It’s more like a muscle. You have to build it up with training and practice.” Coffee was served and food ordered. At Laura’s instruction, Janine uncrossed her arms. A number of pairs of eyes swivelled in her direction. Janine took a gulp of coffee and looked at Laura who smiled encouragingly. Laura leant over and licked away a blob of foam from Janine’s lip. The back of her hand brushed against the girl’s breast, instantly turning the n****e into a hardened point under her tight top. “You see, everyone’s staring at your t**s, but the sky didn’t fall on our heads, did it? That was Lesson One.” Their food was served and they ate in silence for some minutes. Finally, Janine glanced at her new friends and asked, “So, what’s the deal with you guys?” Ian looked up at Laura, alarmed and held his breath waiting for his wife’s reply. Laura put down her knife and fork, returning Ian’s gaze. She continued to regard him closely, but her response was directed purely at Janine. “We used to be a fairly typical couple. Ian had all his little tricks and schemes, designed to get his own way and I pretended to fall for them. The trouble was neither of us was really getting what we wanted.” Ian opened his mouth to protest. Laura silenced him with a raised finger. She turned to Janine. “As you know, we recently decided to have a baby. We also wanted to have a holiday before settling down to take on all the responsibilities of parenthood. The idea was to indulge ourselves and our desires. So I re-lived all my untamed, decadent younger days and Ian got to fulfil his fantasies about having a wild and wanton wife, and live vicariously through me. Isn’t that right sweetie?” Before Ian could respond, Laura added, “You’ve only got to take a quick look at his internet search history to get the idea.” A sheepish expression stole across Ian’s face. Janine looked horrified. “What happened?” “Actually, I think it made us stronger as a couple. We adopted what people call an open and honest marriage. I f****d whoever I wanted, quite openly and I was completely honest about it.” Laura laughed and looked at Ian. “Now he’s my little b***h. Right darling?” Laura reached out and patted his hand. Ian sighed and bowed his head. “Yes Miss.” Once more addressing Janine, Laura asked, “Why do you think my husband is happy to let you come and live with us, without so much as a word of protest?” Janine shook her head. “Because he finds the idea of you and me f*****g, a huge turn on and he harbours the secret hope that he’ll spend the long summer evenings with two sexy hotties, fighting over who gets to suck his c**k first.” Janine put her hand to her mouth. “Oh!” “Don’t panic,” said Laura. “He’s quite wrong about the c**k thing. From this point on, I’m only thinking about getting knocked up, getting promoted and getting my au pair licked into shape.” Janine giggled at the obvious double entendre. Ian didn’t know whether to be pleased or disappointed, so he ate his brunch.
