All I could think was “ Oh s**t, oh s**t” my plan was simple and I couldn’t even make it out of the door without getting caught, now I was definitely going to be grounded to my room, the thought was preposterous, a grown woman getting sent to her room by a man who she had just met, I definitely didn’t sign up to be a slave or a prisoner did I?

I slowly turned and raised my head to see a furious Ryker staring back at me, didn’t he leave? Why was he here? Why did he have to be the captor.

“I asked you a question!” He roared at me.

“Did you?” I spoke innocently.

“Laila you are dismissed”

“Dismissed? Don’t be ridiculous” I started to say.

Laila smiled in his direction and sped out of there, I heard her bounding up the stairs, what a good little slave she was quickly turning into, following orders and doing as she was told, well I didn’t care if I broke his rules or if he retracted his generous offer from my account you couldn’t pay me enough to put up with this level of madness.

“Happy now” I screamed in his direction while flapping my hands in the air.

“I’m still waiting for an explanation” 

“Well you won’t be getting one from me! Why don’t you ask your good soldier who doesn’t mind following orders”

“If that’s how you want it to be”

I nodded, I was done tip toeing around his neurotic behaviour.

“Bedroom now” He instructed me.

“All you had to do was ask” I winked in his direction.

He scoffed at my sarcastic response and pushed me lightly to get me moving, we walked back through the house in silence until we came to the top of the stairs, I started moving towards my room.

“Where do you think you are going?”

“To my room”

“I don’t think so”

He swung open his bedroom door as it bounced against the wall it clattered and swung to and thro until it came to a stand still, I crossed my arms firmly across my chest and made no intention of moving.

“You can walk or I can carry you, it’s entirely up to you”

“I’m not going anywhere with you and I am most definitely am not sharing a room with you!”

Ryker laughed at my childish response, I could see his patience was wearing thin but so was mine, I had, had enough of his childish games, he had to learn he couldn’t always get what he wanted which I had a feeling was an alien conception for someone like him.

“You leave me no choice Caliana, if you want to act like a child then you will be treated like a child”

“How dare you!”

Before I could finish screaming at him, in one quick swoop he scooped me up over his shoulder and threw me on his bed, he returned to his door and locked it, I didn’t even have time to react, it happened so fast.

“Now what?”

“Now you tell me what you was doing”

“Nothing sinister I can assure you”

“I’m waiting”

“God your annoying! I was going for a walk okay!”

“Outside?”

“No on Mars, yes of course outside!”

“I thought I told you not to go outside at night!”

“You did”

“So you thought you would go anyway?”

“I was bored, needed to clear my head, seemed like a good idea”

“Well it wasn’t!”

“Great, I’ve told you, you disagreed like always, can I go now?”

“No”

“What do you mean no?”

“What don’t you understand about this word Caliana, no means no”

“I said I don’t want to stay with you!”

“That’s unfortunate, bathroom is through that door if you need it, get some sleep”

The man was infuriating, again his word was the only word that mattered! I scowled at him as I got off the bed, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence I may as well have been invisible, I stood there scowling staring into his back secretly hating him, watching him closely trying to figure out what his next move would be, he slowly took off his shirt with his back still towards me, the ripples from his muscles outlined his muscular back, I should have averted my gaze, gave him his privacy, but my eyes never moved from his body, watching his every move, I suddenly became flustered as my eyes burned into his back, the heat creeping up to my face and other places in my body, he slowly removed his bottoms and I very nearly melted and went to heaven, I couldn’t stay here all night with him in this room, I couldn’t even control myself for five seconds in his presence, how was I going to last a whole night! He was doing this on purpose I was sure of it.

He lowered himself down onto the bed with his strong muscular arms laying lazily behind his head with his eyes closed, oblivious to what his actions were doing to my body, I wanted to move, go to the bathroom, have a stern talk with myself but I couldn’t move I was mesmerised by his beauty and grace, so I just stood there still staring.

“Is there something wrong” he lazily asked me with his eyes still closed.

“No”

“Then why do you insist on staring at me?”

“I’m not! Don’t flatter yourself”

He peeked at me with one eye still closed and smirked at me.

“Come to bed Caliana”

I very nearly wet myself when he uttered those words, how could someone be so obnoxious and sexy at the same time.

“I need the bathroom” I quickly answered.

He never responded so it was easy for my quick exit, I rushed to the bathroom, I bent over the kitchen sink trying to regain my composure, this is what I’d wanted since I had arrived, to be alone with him with no distractions and now I had it I didn’t know what to do, well there was nothing much to do, he wanted me to behave and go to sleep, how anyone could sleep with a real life god next to them I didn’t know.

“What’s wrong I don’t measure up to your true love?” I quizzed him.

“Caliana I have no idea what you mean”

“Sure you do, I mean if I had a friend like Lana I wouldn’t want me either”

“Lana? You think I want Lana”

“Well you certainly don’t want me”

“I’m not doing this with you again, I’m tired”

“Well then go to sleep”

“Tried that once, you were been difficult if you remember”

“Trying to get close to you is been difficult”

“Yes”

“Where are you going?”

“Out”

“To see Lana”

“What is your obsession with Lana, f**k Caliana, you’ve done nothing but complain since you got here”

“Well I told you to call Marcus”

“Go to sleep”

With those lasting words Ryker unlocked the door and slammed it behind himself, leaving me shocked.

Lana was his sister, well s**t, totally didn’t see that one coming, I had royally f****d up this time, accusing him of been with his sister, who was I? This wasn’t me, I wasn’t this person, I wasn’t crazy, well maybe crazy but not bunny boiler crazy, everything I had done since I got here was wrong, he was right, what was wrong with me, how had I turned into this neurotic, jealous and possessive crazy bunny boiler, I definitely had not been acting like myself since I got here, I had acted like a cold b***h and now I was deeply regretting it and to top it off I had roped Laila into my crazy plan earlier, I had to leave, he didn’t want me here and I was just making everyone feel uncomfortable and miserable and I hated that it was my fault that he had to leave his own room because I couldn’t listen, I had to make it right with him before I left, I didn’t want him to remember me as that crazy chick he bought on the internet who brought him nothing but trouble.

I walked slowly and grabbed one of his crisp white shirts and put it on feeling the cotton touch my skin and instantly warm me up, it rested just on my thighs, didn’t leave much to the imagination but at least I wasn’t naked, I opened the door quietly and tiptoed down the stairs and slowly walked into the grand lounge where classical music played softly, no wonder he was depressed if he listened to this sappy mess he called music, sat beaten in a chair sipping his whiskey with his eyes closed, massaging his temples, I watched him from across the room, he looked as sad and alone as I felt.

I slowly walked towards him making sure to be as quiet as possible, I sat on the floor on my knees in front of him and placed a hand on his thigh, he slowly opened his eyes and looked down at me.

“I’m sorry”

“I came to apologise, I didn’t want to leave without saying sorry” I sadly explained to him.

“Leave? I don’t want you to leave”

“You don’t, but I thought”

Ryker pulled me up gently and placed me on his knee, I curled up close and rested my head on his shoulder, feeling his body heat meld with mine.

“Has anyone ever told you that you think too much”

“Maybe once or twice” I smiled.

“You should wear this always” he smiled tugging at the collar of his shirt that enveloped my body.

Ryker just eyed me hungrily.

I wanted to make a move on him but previous experiences had taught me that my approach was all wrong, so I sat there and did nothing, I just let him drink me in, watching his eyes roam across every inch of my body.

“Let’s go to bed” he announced.

I nearly crumbled at the sultry way he announced he was coming back to the room with me, I knew nothing would happen and I had to restrain myself and respect his wishes, so I just nodded, I moved to get off his lap.

“Where do you think your going?”

“To bed”

“No”

“But you just said”

“Yes I said let’s go to bed, I never said you could walk”

He stood with me still in his arms.

“Wrap your legs around my waist” he instructed.

I didn’t defy him, for once I did as I was told and as grazed myself against him I felt the hard weapon he had concealed in his pants, I let out a low groan as I felt it move and graze against me with every movement, my vulva twitching and spasming in short bursts at the sudden friction against him.

I nodded.

Before we knew what was happening a very flustered Phoenix bounded into the room, I groaned with displeasure, every time  we got to this point his brother came and disrupted us with a problem, couldn’t be his sister again she had left when Ryker had gone all he-man.
