We’d stayed like that for as much time as we could afford to. I’d like to say that we just laid there and basked in each other's warmth, but that didn’t happen. There was still far too much to talk about, and so many little details that we had to plan out. Not because I thought that a plan would actually help, but we’d both need to make sure that we were on the same page when it came to this, otherwise we might as well give up now. So we pushed, and poked, and prodded each other until we agreed to back some seriously sketchy s**t. Neither of us mentioned the real reason that we agreed to do it. I wasn’t even sure if she knew the real reason. Bleatedly I realised that if given a choice then I f*****g hoped not. They only listened to us thus far because they didn’t know how dangerous we were
