Okay… so if you are young enough, and alternatively old enough, you will remember when they brought in ‘No hat - No play!’ It was a thing that came in when we were in primary school, or elementary, or whatever you call reception to year seven. It’s pretty simple; you don’t have a hat, then you don't get to play outside during break. I would have been about year three when it happened.
