Aria's POV
"How can you be so mean to me?! I hate you! " Lara shouted as she stared at me in pure hatred.
"You've been spoiled and rude for as long as I can remember," I said, straightening up and looking her dead in the eye. "I used to blame myself for being a bad parent. Now? Seeing as your father clearly failed to raise you right either, I think we both know where the real problem lies."
Before she could process the blow, I plucked the laser pointer right out of her hand.
I flipped it on, sweeping the red beam lazily across both their faces, letting it linger on Julian's tight jaw before tossing it over my shoulder.
I turned on my heel, heading straight for the elevator.
