X's POV

This, what we are doing was pure torture, there was no other way to call it. Two months were up, and Delta was still holding on, at some point, I was sure Delta was going to lose her mind completely. I tried to reason with Jo, but she relished through Delta's pain. I was counting the days when I'll be able to spend time with her again. Yes, I learned so much about Delta in the last two months but since she wasn't the one to tell me it felt like an invasion of her privacy. Maybe she would never share those moments with me if it were up to her. Maybe she wouldn't share them with anyone. But that intrusion of her memories and experience wasn't the worst thing we did. Doc after one month decided to also move up her schedule. Every time Delta was asleep they were putting some biogas through the ventilation. We truly were monsters.

At the beginning of my punishment, meaning being at the distance from Delta, I couldn't wait for two months to pass and to be near her, just to talk, exchange opinions, and whatnot, but now I felt so ashamed of what we were doing I dreaded the day they would tell me to go into her box. How can you look a person in the eye after you witnessed all of the worst moments in their life without their consent?

Throughout the days I felt both admiration and pity for her. She was still soo full of life after all the s**t that happened to her, at least she was full of life the last day that I've been with her, these last days what I could see on the screens was far from the girl I met. All of her strength to fight was gone, she was just a shell of a person.

Guilt was eating me inside out, so when the day the punishment was over I dragged myself to the monitoring center. I knew everybody would be there. It was the meeting day, the general would be there to see how far Jo's and doc's experimentation went and to see if he is satisfied with the progress.

Going into the center I didn't bother to exchange greetings with anyone. The last time we spoke was during the night Delta watched herself lose her virginity. Jo was such a b***h then, she brought popcorn, like we were watching some comedy, and not somebody's life, and then she had the audacity to laugh.

"OMG X, did you see her face when she read the text message. We soo need to rewind this." -Jo was laughing her ass off while stuffing her mouth with popcorn.

That was the moment I completely lost it. I launched myself at her, pinning her to the ground, my hands around her neck. I would surely kill her if Doc was not there to sedate me.

I woke up several hours early, deciding that nobody here was worth my attention except for Delta. The thing that surprised me the most was that Jo didn't file a complaint against me. The same night it became very clear to me why Jo didn't file the complaint. I jolted awake in the middle of the night, there was pressure on my body, through the dark I could feel with my hands that the women's body was pressing against me.

The girls head lowered brushing her lips beside my head and moving them to my ear

"I'm here to make amends" Jo's voice traveled from my ear to my mind. I quickly knocked her off me and threw her from my room.

"Don't you have any self-respect Jo?"

"Oh come on lover boy, don't you want to release some tension?"

Of course, I wanted but not with her, slamming the door in her face was enough to shut her up, since that night we didn't say a word to each other and I enjoyed that.
