The Stone Pack detention facility loomed ahead, the steady light streaming from its reinforced silver gates. The air was thick with the mixed scent of submission from lesser wolves and tension that hung heavily in the atmosphere. I gripped the steering wheel tightly, my electric blue eyes narrowing as the words from Thompson’s call echoed in my mind.
