I got up and readied myself to head to my parent’s house for breakfast. I had snuck down to the lobby last night to survey the space where the reunion would take place. Lynn had let me in, and I looked around to find the places I could slip in without being immediately noticed.
I found a dark corner of the room behind a beam that no one would be looking behind and it was tucked away and large enough to hide my body. I could still slip out from behind it unnoticed and survey the room from it.
I looked around in the hallway too by the room with Lynn. I moved down to the bathrooms, and I noticed a supply closet. “What’s in the supply room?” I had asked Lynn. She proceeded to show me.
