Chapter Seven
There was great fanfare the day that Princess Cecilia departed with her full company of escorts. Her parents would not attend the wedding, but sent Prince Henry with her to help perform the necessary task. There were many soldiers and attendants surrounding them all, to make certain that the trip was safe and without incident. All were pledged to see that the virgin princess was handed over to her new husband without any misfortune.
