The Alpha's Abused Royal Mate

 When I looked up at the clock I was home five minutes early and I was so grateful because I was not trying to get a beating today. I mean I knew I was gonna get a beating today but when they do it just to do it for fun and when they do it when they are mad are too different beatings. When I got to my room I put my bag next to the door and took Poppy outside while I cooked my 'Masters' a snack since I knew that they wouldn't be too happy knowing they had to microwave their food by themselves. I ended up baking some chocolate chip cookies and warm milk and bringing it up to there room. When I gave them the snack they took it harshly and hit me in the head with the metal tray. 

 "talk about mood swings right"

 "ATHEA STOP TALKING"

 Then Aunt Sky decided that she needed a foot rest so she made me get on my knees so that she could rest her manicured feet on my back. I feel like a dog, I managed to scoff out. 

 "Hey, fyi you are part dog so suck on that. rude little girl"

 "I didn't mean it like that Athea- I mean Athena"

After about an hour of being the Luna's foot cushion I got up slowly since my body was in pain and aching from the many times Luna Sky would dig her heels in my back, or kick me in the side of my rib cage. But I then took their empty glasses of milk and the tray and walked down to the kitchen at a slow pace. After I did the dishes I grabbed a small bag of Lays and a bottle of water and went up to my room. There I locked the door and grabbed some tinker bell pajamas I bought last week at the dollar store and some soft undies with a bralette. After a few minutes of being in the shower I inspected my injuries but they weren't bad at all. After I combed my wet hair I brushed my teeth and laid down eating what I would call dinner. and drifted to sleep. 

********* Next day at school ***************

 "Hey Emma, since today is a Friday wanna come over my house and meet my Beta?..", asked Luca excitedly. 

  "I will have to ask my Alpha's first"

 "Okay well you let me know what they say okay?."

"Of course"

 "Uhh Alpha Derek is not going to let us go and you know it", sulked Athea. 

  "What if I lie and tell him that I have to study at a friends house. We do technically have a test next week"

   "Okay but tell that to Alpha because he is the one who always fusses about our grades".

  "Fine...... Okay.... I could do this", I said trying to give myself a pep talk and not seem scared. 

  "Um hey Alpha Derek c-can I stay over at a classm-mates house so we can study for a HUGE test on m-monday?..", I stuttered

   "No."

    "P-please A-alpha this is the last time I shall ask for an-nything"

    "Very well"

      **The thing with Alpha Derek is that yes he is ruthless and cunning and evil but his wolf who is an Alpha isn't and by nature an Alpha protects all of his members in the pack even though his Alpha is no better than his human, he still grants Emma liberty because if it was up to Derek he would obviously say no.**

 "My Alpha said I can stay over at your house today"

Yes this went better than I thought. Good thing I had taken out all of my trash in the guest bedroom because if not then that would have been embarrassing. I will be able to keep Emma and Athena safe where they wont get hurt. I don't know but today my back has been hurting a lot I also have a couple bruises in the side of my rib cage and I still have yet to ask Emma what is going on in that house and if she will tell her Alpha and Luna about her abuse. I haven't been persistent because I don't want to drive her away like last time, Now that really freaked me out when she left because she still doesn't fully trust me. 

 I know that my beautiful mate is being abused in that house but I just don't know by who. Believe me if I could storm off into the mansion and find the person responsible for her injuries myself than I would kill him/her right then and there but I don't have any warriors or spies and if I make a wrong move it can cause a war.

  "Trust me Luca, the day she tells us who is responsible is the day we kill that dirty motherfucker"

 "Do you think it is her Alpha and Luna's doing?..."

 "No, you dumb mutt why would her own family abuse her?.."

"you have a point there", he said while going to the back of my mind.                                                                                                                            

***** After school ended *******

 "Okay Emma my Beta is in the bathroom right now so he will come out in a few minutes. Are you ready?.." 

  "Yeah I think I'm ready but i'm just excited to get to know someone so close to you and from your pack"

 "I smiled at her innocence", "do you think she has thought about her future title", I asked Axel

  "I don't know because she hasn't referred to the pack as hers so I don't think it has set in her mind who her mate is as in us or our and her soon to be title".

*****After Samuel get's in the car*******

"Hey Alpha, hey Luna", said Samuel in the most friendly and respectful way. 

"Hey mule", I said

"Hello Beta, it's nice to meet you. I am Emma"

"I'm Samuel future Beta of you and Alpha's pack and his best friend"

 "How old are you?.."

"I just turned 19 a week ago how old are you?...", proudly stated this big ass kisser 

 "I just turned 18 a few days ago"

  "Well Alpha is sure enough lucky to have such a beautif-", Watch it I growled possessively.

 "Sorry Alpha, sorry Luna", he said submitting right away. 

 "It's okay Sam. I know you didn't mean it in a disrespectful way"

 With that he gave her a huge smile and began texting girls for the answers to his homework for tonight.

 ********** Luca's POV ******

how come he gets a nickname, I sulked. I am a little hurt but it is fine I will get her back for it I thought evilly to myself.

"What are you gonna do you stupid human?.."

"Oh nothing, I will just push her on my bed and tickle her till she can't breathe. Then I will tell her that I want a nickname too", I told Axel very cheerfully. 

We have now arrived to the apartment and Emma opens her eyes as though she has never seen an apartment like this before. I turned the ignition off and opened her side of the car while unbuckling her and grabbing her hand guiding her out the car. She seemed to entranced with the apartment to even see the steps at the front of the door and fell right on her butt with a small thump. I quickly helped her up while checking for any injuries while she laughed it off and Samuel came confused as always thanks to that phone asking what was going on. When I opened the door to the apartment she had a huge smile and told me how beautiful my home was and I thanked her for being her usual self. I had Samuel heat up some Pastiera Napoletana Italian for: (Wheat cake) for all three of us. 

 "Okay Emma as you know I am your mate and I love you very much".

 "Yes, your my mate and I love you more"

 "Well I brought you here today to not only meet my Beta but to also talk about some things that I know have been going on"

 "What are you talking about", Emma asks nervously. 

 How will I tell her about me feeling what happens to her. Uh I am so frustrated with myself right now. Would it be weird if I told her?

 "Just tell her everything you good for nothing human", snickered Axel as always. 

 "Okay well Emma, this week isn't the first time we have met"

 "What?...", she asked.

     I can see her brows furrowing together and the wrinkles on her forehead from her expression she looks so adorable. 

  okay here goes nothing. 

  "Last year when I turned eighteen I saw you at a floral shop but by then your wolf wasn't mature enough to pick up on the mate bond", I began

 She shot up from her seat still with her spoonful of cake and looked at me for about a whole two minutes before she squinted her eyes and said "it was you".

 "You were the werewolf that was stalking me"

"I wouldn't say stalking, I was just watching my mate from afar I was going to go to you but you disappeared".

 "Do you know what that means?.."- interrupted Samuel

  "No."

  "Alpha Luca has been able to feel your pain and he knows someone is abusing you".

*** Emma POV ******

"WHAT?..", I screamed 

 "You have been feeling my pain for a whole year now?..", I said while starting to feel my eyes water up with my tears.

  "Mate, please don't cry I want to help you. Tell me who it is so I can kill them."

   "Now is our chance tell mate who abuses us", said Athena excitedly. 

   "I can't I don't want anyone to die", I told her. 

By then I was a crying mess and Luca was holding me while telling me that everything is going to be all right. He then told me to follow him. Once I followed him he showed me his gorgeous bedroom and took out the smallest shirt he had and some black boxers. He showed me where the shower was and where I could find any bathroom products as in conditioner, shampoo, soap, etc. After I went into the shower I washed my hair and let me tell you I was more than excited to use Luca's products. After I dried myself off and put his clothing on I left to the kitchen to find Samuel ordering pizza and telling me to make myself comfortable. I asked him where Luca was and he just responded with

  "He was setting up the guest bedroom for you and since you took a while in the bathroom he decided to shower in there instead".

I immediately felt embarrassed and started blushing profusely. After that Sam handed me a twenty dollar bill and told me to watch the door for the pizza delivery guy while he showers. Man life is so nice and calm here why can't it be like this at the pack house? While I was lost in my train of thought I felt two big arms hugging me from behind and judging by the sparks I knew it was Luke. 

 "Hey baby, did I keep you waiting for too long", He asked. 

  "No, i'm fine Love I am just waiting for the pizza person", I said while turning around and hugging him properly while inhaling his scent. 

  Out of nowhere he starts laughing and smiling from ear to ear asking me if I am cold and I didn't register it until he parted my hair into two sections and positioning it hiding my n*****s. 

 "OMG", I squealed while Athena was purring like the horny wolf she is. 

 "It's okay Samuel mind linked me that you would be here and that he was gonna shower, so in a way it is okay I was the only one who saw them", he said while smiling at me with eyes full of lust.

 I turned beet red when I realized what s****l remark he made and I smacked his arm playfully while masking my embarrassment with laughter but thank the Moon Goddess for the doorbell because if not then I would have died of mortification.

After we finished eating our pizza's Samuel ended up calling it a night while me and Emma chatted about how nice it is to finally be together and alone. I then remembered that I wanted to ask her about her coming with us to our new pack. Although I will save that conversation for another day. Emma looks exhausted and so am I so I brought her a new toothbrush that she can use whenever she is over and asked her if she wanted it to go in my room or the guest bedroom's. 

 "Um. well since we are mates then I will have it in your room", she shyly said. 

 "Okay, do you want to sleep with me tonight?.."

 "WHAT!?..", she asked in shock while her cheeks were tainted a dark shade of red. 

   "I started dying of laughter at her reaction and even Axel is laughing and grinning because Emma is so cute and innocent that she always goes to think about the worst case scenario or in this case a s****l case scenario".  

 After I manage to stop laughing I explained that the only thing we would be doing is sleeping not the 'other' stuff. She then let go of a breath I don't even think she realized she was holding and took my hand in hers and nodded her head to me. 

 "Luca you better not snore because Mate is going to sleep with us tonight", screamed Axel in my head from excitement. 

 "I know I can't believe she agreed", I said happily.

After me and Emma brushed our teeth we laid down in bed and I asked her if she wanted to turn the TV on and she said yes very cheerfully. This action kind of confused me because she lived in a mansion and I am guessing her room is bigger with a bigger TV than this room but oh well.  After about fifteen minutes of watching All American she soon enough drifted too sleep while I turned the TV off with the remote laying next to me and fell asleep while smelling her hair and spooning her.
