Aled kept thinking about Jassie after returning home. He remembered her while eating, bathing, watching TV. He would watch some p**n as usual. But today, the p**n felt so boring. The same old scenes of two people kissing each other, licking each other, and making love to each other, and then it's all ended with that exhausting ejaculation. The moaning people on the screen only despised him to his core. No visual, no sound felt good or entertaining in any way at all. It was still early to go to sleep. Yet he laid down and spoke aloud to himself, "Okay, she wants to come to my thought, I will think about her. Jassie. She is unreal. She has something different. She is affecting me and disturbing my daily circle. Yet I like to think about her. But I don't remember how she looked like, I don't remember her face! I don't remember anything about her appearance! Oh, but I remember her!", Aled brushed his hair with his fingers, "Her!", he said again, "What is this! What does it mean that I remember a person but I don't even remember her face? Maybe I am into something more than her face? Oh, is that even possible?", he screamed the last word 'possible'. Aled was not a dreamy person. He was a sober, rational one and highly proud of himself for his rationality. He didn't believe in religion nor the spiritual stuff. Nor did he like the blabbering of true love and soulmate stuff. Nor did the mysterious tales of 'destiny' interest him anyway. He couldn't stand such unrealistic, pathetic ideas that people cherish so much! He believed all that attraction between two people could always be explained in a scientific, practical way. You saw a pretty woman, and you wanted to be with her. Prettier she was, the stronger your desire became. That was all that there was. There was never no soul thing in this. Why humans love it so much to make everything fairytale-like? If you think about someone a significant amount of time, it is because you liked something about the person so much, maybe the looks, or the reputation or the wealth...yet he is thinking and remembering a person he just saw once, not even remembering her body shape or her face or her voice or her scent. He wanted to be angry for being this way but he couldn't. He liked it and he was surprised about that too. Aled came to the balcony and instead of looking in front of him, he looked up. And then the magic happened!
"Oh!", he exclaimed in disbelief, he never knew a night sky filled with regular stars could be such a show.
"What? For real?", he surely knew what people say about the stars and the moon and all other weird astral objects but he never went even close to believe that rubbish for once. He always knew certainly that those tales were for the people who were simply unwilling to work hard in life and achieve success as he did. For the people who wanted to waste their time by watching floating objects from a stupid distance and using sweet diction to make it look valuable. But his head felt light and his mind was in awe. He didn't want to believe that it was all true, that the stars could be so unworldly beautiful. He felt like he never ever saw anything as half beautiful as the stars he was looking at now. Aled stood there immobile for a long time, he noticed that his mouth was open from the excitement of the awe he was experiencing. He placed a hand on his chest and didn't understand why. He came back to his room and without turning on the TV or the laptop or even checking his phone he laid down and sank himself in the bed. Right before he fell asleep, he had a dream of Jassie. Jassie and he was at someplace with a lot of water. Water dripping from the rocky ceiling. Water dripping and rolling on the wall. Water flowing between him and her. He understood that they were in a cave. Even the entrance of the cave has a cascade of raining water. Jassie was sitting on a huge rock, her feet were wet and dazzling, softly touching the edge of the rock, her hair was wet but she had a veil. She was wearing a very long, dark green cloak covering almost all of her body and it was spread around her. Jassie had a bright silver amulet shining in that darkness of the cave. Half of her face was covered with the veil and the other half was exposed, one of her eyes was staring sharply right at Aled. Aled felt spellbound to look upon her, for a moment he felt like she had a halo around her. He stood up from his place and stretched his right hand. With a very desperate voice, he just uttered, "Jazie!". The next moment Jazie wasn't there anymore. Aled woke up. He was not scared. But he felt disturbed. If I'm really so much into her, tomorrow I am going to see her anyway. He thought. He tried to go back to sleep.
