Chapter 1: New School

James POV

Tiktilaok! Tiktilaok!

"Naku naman, ang sarap pa matulog"

"Oh anak, gumising ka na. Ginigising ka na ng manok ng kapitbahay."

"5 minutes pa ma."

Hayss nako naman si mama. Gusto ko pang matulog.

By the way I am James Riley. 18 years old. Half-Filipino, Half American. Enrolling as a freshmen at University of The Philippines. About my appearance? Well maybe you will think I am boasting myself up if I say I am handsome, hot, and rich but its all true. But I need to humble down myself. Right Earthians? haha

"Anak gumising kana pupunta ka pa sa bago mong paaralan para makapag enroll."

Oo nga pala muntik ko ng makalimutan, pasukan na pala. Napabalikwas ako and rush to the bath room. I need to go to school as early as possible. Rushing everything just to make it on time.

"Anak kain ka na, bilisan mo na.", pagtawag ni mama.

"Ok ma andyan na."

So I directly sit down on the chair and started eating but to my surprise my mother shouted. "Who are you?"

"Ma, its me. Why are you so shock?"

"Ikaw ba talaga yan anak?, Bakit ganyan ang itsura mo? " my mother said in a confused and puzzled look.

I can feel that my mother is so frustrated on how I look right now.

"Ayaw ko lang kasi maulit yung nangyari sa previous school ko that girls are shouting and flirt to me. "

"Hays naku naman anak pwede naman sigurong di mo pasobrahan yung looks mo.

Sigurodo akong pagtatawanan ka ng papa at ni Jhana pagnakita ka nila." pangangantyaw ni mama sa akin.

Tumahimik nalang ako. Eh pano ba naman. Sinong hindi matatawa sa Itsura ko ngayon na naka braces, nakasuot ng wig na natatabunan yung mukha ko with matching reading glasses under my fake hair. Old fashion dress na kung titingnan ay old used na talaga. I also put props that really look like a pimples. Yeah, this is really what I wanted too.

"Hahaha ! Hahahaha! Hahaha"

I look around and saw my sister laughing like there's no tomorrow.

"Where's my brother?, give him back to me. hahahaha". Jhana teases me and she keeps on laughing.

I can't help but I just ignore her.

"Ma, I need to go the school already. Bye!"

"Ok nak. Take good care."

"Kuya good luck, hahaha"

I arrived here in school at exactly 7:30 am.

Well, the school seems nice. The design and the buildings are fantastic as it is.

There are already few students walking around. So I decided to tour the school on my own. When I was on my way going to the library, in a flash I was on the floor lying.

"Dude, your just so lame. Mag iingat ka sa susunod. " A guy said to me.

Ano raw? Ako pa tong nabangga, ako patong pinagalitan.. But anyways I need to have a low profile.

"Are you Okay?" A voice from behind . wait is she talking to me?

So I decided to turn around to see if She was really talking to me.

Whoahh. What a beautiful girl.

It's like a slow motion. She's like an angel.

"u-Uhm.. Y-yeah I'm totally fine."

"Well, sorry about earlier he is my older brother and he is the rudest guy in this school."

Oh no, I need to stay away with this girl. She's dangerous to be with. Maybe she will totally expose my identity in no time.

"Ahm, its okay. Thanks"

"No worries, anyway anong ginagawa mo dito?" she said.

"I am here to enroll" I replied.

"Oh, I'm here to enroll as well. Mind if I join you? I really think you are new here."

She's really kind. I felt something is in the air. I really can felt it. (LOVE) HAHAHA

Oops I think I have a crush in her.

Anyways people of the planet earth. She was so talkative ?. She didn't even bother to ask my name nor she said hers as well.

"Ahm. By the way I'm James Riley how about you?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I am Shine Dela Vega. So what course would you like to enroll?"

"Hmm, I would like to enroll med. tech."

"Oh, what a coincidence. I am also enrolling med.tech as well."

"Oh that great!"

So ayun mga people sabay na kami ni Shine.

Nakakatakot lang kasi there are lots of boys staring at me like they're wanted to kill me for being accompanied by Shine.

I guess Shine is really the queen in the school.

Ayun mga people natutuwa naman ako kasi she help me so much. Nakapag enroll ako in this school.

"Shine, I'm really grateful. Can you be---?"

"NO!"

I'm about to say Can you be my friend when she suddenly said No and run.

I left dumbfounded. Thinking what have I done wrong? And Uh-uh. Then she think I'm going to ask her to by girlfriend in a relationship? Like what did she think I am?

I'm not that kind of Guy.

hayysss. Such an unlucky day hahaha ?

Guy 1: "What the, did he really think he's handsome with his looks to ask Shine to be his girlfriend?"

Guy 2: " Yeah, He really is out of his mind."

Wala akong magawa kundi mag lakad nalang pauwi. But while I am still walking I still heard some rumors about me like.

Girl 1: " He was totally ugly."

Girl 2: " Yeah he really is. I think there's no chance for him to find someone who will love him as he is."

Ang sakit naman haha. Pero ok lang. It's really apart of my plan naman.

When I was about to leave the school. Someone bump at my chest. Like what is it?

Oh, what a cute girl.

Cute girl: "Oh, I'm sorry . I didn't mean to. I am just in a rush. Any way sorry Again.Bye!"

Before I could react and replied. She is already running. Then, I headed home , puzzled. Well this day ends like normal day.
