After successful surgery

I said “yes I understand but at the same time I can’t switch off my phone I might receive a very important call “ before I could finish my sentence, my phone ranged again with the same number, I tried collecting my phone back at first my boss restricted and did not want to give me but he decided to let me pick the call, I picked up an talked to the person on the line “hey please who I’m I speaking too by this time” the person replied “ sorry I want to speak with miss Linda” I replied “you are talking to her” the person said “it’s about your mother and it’s kind of important need to see you it’s a really emergency”, immediately I heard this I could not think well my mind started raising, I stood up from where I was I tried leaving but my boss was surprise about my movement and tried to stop me, he asked “where are you off too?” I replied ‘I’m sorry, I received a call from the clinic my mom is, I was told they needed me and it’s kind of an emergency”, “your attendance, I’m I not the one that would give you the money?
I replied “yes but at the same time have not received a call like this from the hospital since my mother was admitted so just let me go I promise to be back on time let me know what’s wrong so I can put my mind at rest”, I noticed that my boss did not want me to go, he held me tight in his arms, I tried to free myself but he was way stronger than me, he dragged me to the bed I tried to free myself but I could, he reached for the buttons on my dress, grab me by my collar, I knew from there that he was more powerful than me and if am to free myself I needed to play it smart, so I decided to not resist too much so he could let his guard down and I could strike when I had the chance to.
Immediately he found out that people noticed the noise from the room and they saw him with only boxers and me half naked with tears rolling down my eyes he ran back to the room and left me alone and I was able to go visit my mother in the hospital.
He continued to try to get my buttons lose but he finds it difficult to and ripped off my dress, after ripping off my dress he tried kissing me learning slightly in an awkward position, I realized this was the opening have been praying for, immediately I found out that he was learning I decided to push him away forcefully running towards the door without looking back, I rushed out of the room half naked, with my boss behind me trying his best to get me back to the room.

Immediately I got to the hospital, on my way to see the doctor in charged that has requested for my audience I saw a familiar face, but I was not really paying good attention all my mind was to just find out why the doctor wants to see me I was really worried, this kind of call made me feel like the worst was about to happen, I entered the doctor’s office worried, I had so many questions but I could not even ask one because I was afraid of the answer.
I sat on one of the chairs opposite the doctor, he noticed the expression on my face and started smiling, this made my mind to be at easy and I was a bit sure that maybe it’s just my mind playing tricks on me and nothing bad actually happened, the doctor faced me he congratulated me, I asked “sir I don’t know why u are congratulating me, I’m still yet to pay for my mother’s treatment.
The doctor smile at me and sad “Linda am I right” I nodded “yes”, “we just finished the surgery your mother’s surgery and she is responding well to treatment, she should be discharged real soon”, I was really surprised my mother how?
All this felt like a dream to me, I do not understand how this happened, am aware of the price of the surgery which was the reason why I almost made a terrible mistake but who paid for me, I wanted to ask the doctor but words could not come out of my mouth, I asked the doctor “how? I don’t understand you, you just told me that my mother is better now responding to treatment after the surgery and I’m sure have not paid for the surgery because I was about to get the money before you called me earlier so all this seems strange to me please can u enlighten me
The doctor replied “yes we know, and u don’t have to bother yourself with the money again you should have met someone just outside the door when u here about to enter he paid for all your mothers medical fees including the one you owe
Yes I saw someone who just came out of your door recently but I was not paying attention to him
The doctor replied “yes that’s the man that paid all you mother’s medical fees, he comes here often to different hospitals too, he tries his best
to help people in need , guess you and your mother was just lucky
This made my day as I did not expect or ever did dreamt of something like this happening to me. I heard the doctor’s hand doctor thank you so much I really appreciate this, you have no idea how much you have done for me
