Chapter 12

Malachais pov

After the krimsons went back on our deal my basterd son and I became increasingly disturbed. My eldest son overthrew me and my mate rejected me. After banishment Elicro and I found ourselves to be rogues. Full of fury and intent on revenge the kromson kingdom was in our cross heirs. But this time i will have what is mine. "Thats the last alpha leaving now father." Elicro says as we watch the alpha wolf shift and run with his mate in tow. Whats done is done. Now all but the youngest daughter of the krimson bloodline must die. Elicro will mate her and become king. and i will be free to do as i please and even have she wolves brought to me by the handful to have my way with. My wolf wimpers as he misses the mate that finally deserted us. the thought of any other she wolf turns him to a pathetic puppy and im fed up with it so i block him out and continue to move forward with the plan. 2 weeks from now i will have wat i came here for. no wolf will stand in my way.

Kalistas pov

Tonight i am to mate with my king for the first time. and i couldnt be more nervous if i was in a house of cards that would fall if i accidentally breathed out to harshly. my king lays in the bed next to me and his inner battle with his wolf is coming off him in waves. no doubt his wolf wants to jump me and make me his in every way. but Deluka seems to be fighting him on that. i dont even feel Delukas eyes on me. am i not attractive to him? as i lay there in my own thoughts and insecurities theres a knock at our door and Deluka growls out in frustration. i dont know this wolf though. after a minute there are footsteps moving into the room. "My love this is my best friend Dygo." Deluka tells me in our link. "What does he want though? doesnt he know whats supposed to happen here tonight?" i said sounding alil annoyed. The next thing i know Missenti runs into the room. "Missenti what on earth you know your place!" I shout through mind link. "My deepest apologies your highness. He's my mate!" She says completely lovestruck. i giggle to myself thinking of the day i met Deluka. "You may go now missenti." i said happily. their footsteps shuffled slowly out of the room and i couldnt stop giggling. i think i needed that to get out of my head.

Delukas pov

"What are you waiting for? Our mate lays right next to us in the same bed we finally have her alone and you've got stage fright?"

My wolf Ryker growls in my head. "I know this isnt my first time but I'm fairly certain its her first time and its going to hurt her. I dont want to hurt our mate Ryker." i responded and he whimpered at the thought of putting his mate in pain. next thing i knew there was a knock at the door and i could smell who it was immediately. i growled annoyed at his timing. "geez ghost since when are you so possessive?" he asked laughing. What do you want Dygo? I asked as he walked into the room. i gave him an angry look abd he shrugged it off. "My love this is my best friend Dygo." i tell my now wife and before i can even get another word in missenti runs into the room and jumps into Dygos arms frantically kissing him like her life depends on it. a couple seconds later she starts leading him out of the room still sucking his face. "Talk *kiss* later?" *kiss* Dygo managed to get out before the door closed. only then did i realized my mates giggling she seems to have lighted up. and i smile with all the love i have for her.

Kalistas pov

After ive relaxed i finally have the courage to kiss my mate hes stunned at first but kisses me back and without any second thoughts our bodies move on their own. we dont speak. moans growls and whimpers play with our heavy breathing echoing around the room. his hands feel massive on my body and yet i never thought this could be such a gentle endeavor. his pace measured up to very little pain and an immense amount of pleasure. this made it easy for us to go for hours. and several rounds at that. his grunts and growls against my skin only gave me more waves of pleasure especially when he would bite my mark letting me know he had reached his peak. and helped me get to mine at the same time. he would kiss me like the world would end if he stopped and hold me close to him when we were finally too tired to go again. our hands would wonder eachothers bodies as if to mentally remember what our bodies were shaped like and it made our love even stronger for each other. That night we slept like rocks with his arm around my waist with my back against his chest and his face snuggled into the crook of my neck.

Delukas pov

Waking up as the wolf king I could hear the bustle of the palace workers through out the palace and tightened my grip on the pillow in my arms. it smells just like my queen. i let out a content sigh before the realization hits me and my eyes slam open in shock. shes gone. my queen is gone. where is she?! "Where are you my queen?" i ask in our link. "Oh my love I'm so sorry. I went for a run in wolf form to give my wolf some time to stretch her legs. ill head back now and meet you for breakfast in the dining hall." She said in a hurry. i showered and got dressed in very expensive royal clothing im still getting used to. i entered the hall and all who live in the palace plus guests from last night sat at the table awaiting my arrival including my very beautiful new queen. i walked to the head of the table and every one stood. as i sat they sat. Missenti and Dygo lose themselves in each others eyes and my mother is hitting it off nicely with the queen rejent. my brothers and sister and Kalistas siblings swap stories about how it was growing up with my mate and i. laughs filled the hall as stories are reminessed about and ive never woken up to a better sight. i have a massive family now. and i wouldnt have it any other way. Kalista and i look into each others eyes and i cant help but wonder about the family we will have someday.
