My dad and mom were the first to join them on the dancefloor as dad asked her to dance and slowly everyone started to join them. I frowned at Ryder when he stood up from the table. My frown vanished and was replaced with a smile when he held out his hand to me. "Care to join me for a dance?" He asked.
"You are probably going to have a laugh but I've waited for this moment my whole life," I confessed placing my hand in his and standing up from the chair to join him on the dancefloor. I kicked off my heels before stepping out on the dancefloor.
We turned to each other, I rested my one hand on his shoulder and the other, I placed in his hand as his other was resting on my hip, pushing me closer up against his chest. I am quite impressed with him and how easily he guided us across the dance
