The moment Pamela and I parked the car in the university lot, I could already feel the buzz in the air. Students were rushing across the campus like something big was about to happen. After unloading our things in the dorm, we decided to head back to the university to see what was going on.
As soon as we stepped onto the main path, we saw students running in all directions, their faces lit up with excitement. Pamela grabbed a passing student by the arm. “Lea, what’s going on? Is it about the match between Elvie and Amelia?”
Lea shook her head, her eyes wide with excitement. “That’s what everyone thought at first, but no! The new Gamma is making an announcement, and Beta Arnold is here too.”
