Chapter twenty-Two: Hilda looks at me. Eyeing me up and down. She softly chuckles to herself. She extends her hand and says, “let's take a little walk. Too many ears around here. “ I raise my eyebrows up at her. But, She did just heal me. Fuck it. How much harm can she do? Hilda is a million years old. We walk out of the great room that everyone was in leaving Elle and all the other witches behind. Stepping outside to the woods it looks different during the day. Peaceful. Birds are chirping and the woods smell inviting. I don't know if it's because I miss our pack house.
