(Josiah Axel Rivera) Ten years passed... “Ma, we’re going to school now!” I shouted. I was not being impolite or anything. Mama was at the back of the house and I was standing at the front. She wouldn’t be able to hear me if I wouldn’t shout. I looked at the person standing outside Lola Isma’s bush fence. She was tapping her feet on the ground, implicating that she was getting impatient.
