Chapter 50
“Is he going to be okay?” Louis asked when he came back from the office. The nun had instructed him to close the whole place. He didn’t know how or what had happened to get the nun to arrive at that decision. But the fact that she also had a say in the place was beyond him. She was not the owner and his employer, but she managed to convince his boss to do just that. “Let’s just wait and pray. Only time can tell whether he will survive or not,” the nun explained. Louis looked at her in confusion. She was talking as if the guy they had saved had some kind of disease and he was fighting his life over it. It only added to Louis's suspicion toward the nun. He really didn’t want to suspect her that much, but her own actions were making it impossible. Louis could only keep things to himself.
