Jennifer had scrambled a vehicle for Prescott and his group. It was a sleek spacious Tesla Invader. Apart from the comfortable space, the bus was very luxurious. Prescott on his part felt at ease now, knowing that he had bought them some time. However, they needed to act fast in case the Chinese guys got a way around their routing search, which they were sure to do sooner than later. In order not to leave any witnesses for questioning, he had insisted that the driver of the new car come with them, manning the steering wheel in the meantime. Jennifer had already taken off a few minutes ago. The Invader glided graciously with no reason to speed. At least not just yet. Prescott had sent Intel to Brannon and was hoping that the administrator would give him a reply sooner, which would enable him to set the next course of action in motion. Tile too was feeling useless momentarily. He knew that he could not decide to charge any action, especially as he had not been around for a good number of years. His best play was to wait on the White guy that had just joined the team. He seemed to have control of the situation, or so he wanted to make it seem.
