Dale kissed back, his arm finding its way round my back while the other rested steadily behind my neck, sending an electric current down all areas of me .
In a good way though, because as our tongues moved in sync with each other and goosebumps trailed down my entirety, something arose in me.
A feeling I hadn't felt in so long. Something that passed mere admiration
And that scared me.

My sleep was disrupted by the sudden light that shone straight to my eyes.
A pucker formed between my brows, but as I was enjoying my snooze too much, I decided to ignore it.
With a groan, I lifted the duvet over my face to shield the light.
“If you want to stay there all day, I wouldn't mind.” Dale's deep voice said. “As long as it allows me have you near for a moment longer.”
