ALFRED A. YUSON a.k.a. Krip Yuson has authored 27 books, including novels, poetry, short fiction and essay collections, children’s stories, biographies, translation, a play in Filipino and travel and coffee-table books. He has also produced and edited various publications, including several literary anthologies.
Among his numerous distinctions are a Rockefeller Foundation grant for residency at the Bellagio Study and Conference Center in Italy, the SEAWrite (SouthEast Asian Writers) Award from Thai royalty for lifetime achievement, and inclusion in the Hall of Fame of the Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature. His poetry and prose have been translated into ten languages.
